what do you think its better if i want to break through a plateau
paysite or srt routine
 
I was under the impression that one must join the pay site to study and learn
the SRT Routine. Am I missing something? Im going to join the pay site
as soon as I am done with the DLD Newbie-First routine of 90 days.
I should have joined in 2011 but I guess I was still not sure about PE
but now I am.

I am half way there and have gained 3/4 of an inch so far. But I have been having
problems getting an erection in the past 4 days. I am going to try that new
Pistachio thing that LIGHTING is talking about.

Going right out and buy a big bag of Pistachios......
 
The pay site is pretty good all the info in one place and takes you through the routines step by step is a pretty good investment to gain size you could always do the newbie routine then get a power assist after another plateau.

Plus you got video, audio and illustrations on all the exercises and a whole lot of new ones we shot with supra once I get them uploaded.

well,
im not a newbie i have been peing for almost 2 years
in these two years i tried many things (manual exercices, size genetics,hanging) with good results
i always did pe one month then 3 weeks off and this brought me good gains until 6 months ago
after my usual 3 week break the gains didnt come no more
i tried different exercises with no results
5 weeks ago i decided to take a 6 week break instead of a 3 week break thinking that maybe this time gains would come and in the mean time i discovered this pay site with 5 phases
now to my question: should i start from phase 1 even though i tried hanging, did my newbie routine months and all that ...
or should i start at phase 2 even though i deconditioned myself during these 6 weeks off

my routine that i did 6 months ago was pretty hardcore though

I would start with Phase 1 for about a week just to get back in the swing of things and then take up Phase 2. I would also suggest that you take some of the healing processes in SRT to help with cementing the gains. You will be happy to know that all the new SRT video will be added to the site also over the next couple weeks.

Great! since I just joined with the Starter Kit #1 which has everything
I wanted save for those extra DLD custom routines. So I am now an
official life time member!!!:)

I know I said I was going to wait until I finished the DLD 90 day routine,
but, the PE bug has bitten me on the butt, so I am anxious to get really
going and start taking all my PE serious since I have invested a lot into
it thus far.

Please look for my transaction stuff on your computer and RUSH me my
passcode and username for the membership login.:)

Well, I have not been able to jelq in about 2 weeks cuz of a rash down there,
but I have a doc appt. on the 11th of july to make sure it ain't herpes....LOL
and even if it is, I am not letting that stop me! It's most likely not herpes
but a blood test is a good thing to get anyway!
