This needs to be done naked so privacy may be important. In a semi soft state using the pevic thrust back and forth allow your penis to swing back between your legs then forward slapping your stomach. This is a great exercise to do in between Lazy Ass Stretches to return good circulation. It is also a wonderful flaccid length exercise.

Haha, I used to always just stand around and do these for no real reason.. I tried seeing how loud of a 'SLAP' i could make LOL

How to do Helicopter Shakes-
You might be expecting some wild and wacky new form of exercise, but they're actually very very simple. I think that alone they wouldn't encourage very much growth, but it's the way they are incorporated into your regular workout that makes the difference.
: Grip your penis at the base with your dominant hand (the hand you write with), using the OK sign. Make sure you are holding your flaccid penis as far down towards your pubic hair as possible. Now squeeze a little, to cause a slight bulge in the overall shaft. Now you must swing your penis in a circular motion, just like the blades of a helicopter. You should be swinging it on a vertical axis, not horizontal. Try to keep a smooth motion, and to ensure it's moving in a circular motion. You need to swing it around like this as fast as you can, so it's doing about 5 revolutions a second (doesn't have to be exact!) After doing this rapidly for 15 seconds, stop and go straight into an overhand stretch , using both hands. Stretch towards your feet for 10 seconds, then begin the helicopter shakes again for 15 seconds. When you finish doing this you'll notice a significant increase in flaccid length , or hopefully will, I can't guarantee anything obviously.
That's what a helicopter shake is basically.

I've been doing those helicopter shakes for years. It does give a good increase in flacid size. The only problem is i keep hitting myself in the head! LOL

I've read of certain phallic sects whose rituals include this mega swing. I've done it and it is great, as is the helicopter when done without hands. Both of these methods are good between sets to just keep the blood weighted in there; like a centrifuge.

What it does for me, is bring the flaccid out from hiding, so if its turtled to 2.5' and i do these i can bring it back up to 4-4.5
