My routine is as follows: for girth I do just about everything. I think that the more variety in your workouts the more it keeps your penis guessing(much like bodybuilding). I start with wet jelqing and as I am doing that I compression squeeze, squash, manually clamp, very light pumping, you name it. I go for about 20 min 2 days on 1 day off.
For length I have just started a new routine. I begin with dld blasters(100 upward, 50 downward) using the a-stretch. After my dld blasters I do the basic straight out, to the left, to the right, and straight up. Then rotaries both directions. I will also during the day do some lazy ass stretching. I do length work everyday. Hope this helps.
