i always had some hard(hehe) time doing manual stretches . i am uncut and that might be the problem cus of a skin. When i do it i always get my boi under the glans which is good i think,but i get problems when i try to do that.
1. if i get a bot of a blood in the head ,when i pull -head hurts like it is gonna explode not good
2. if i go fully flacid and try to grip - i cant get a good grip and it is slipping away easy.
So.... thats my problem now >.>
 
try gripping mid-shaft and using your thumb as a fulcrum to bend around...provides great leverage and avoids the sensitive glans
 
I think you're gripping or squeezing too hard, you shouldn't be squeezing so hard only grip enough to be able to stretch. You can stretch without peeling your foreskin thats how i started and i still gained. Or if you are doing this with the foreskin over your head try to peel back the foreskin and grip under the head and stretch but don't squeeze on your dick.
 
I usually peel back my foreskin and hold it under the glans but you must be right for too much force with my grip. I will try to only squeeze so that i can stretch. Gonna try also mid-shaft grip - will post results.

Problem Solved: The LengthMaster. It grips like mad and the stretching is insane. Check it out!

Baby powder or theraband to get some grip.

DLD's probably got the best tip there with using the Lengthmaster. Seriously, check it out.

Here's something I did very early on, and then either didn't like (?) or forgot about but it worked really well..

Ok, it's coming back to me. I had some athletic "tube socks" laying around, lol, probably leftover from sports at school. An earlier GF and I had been using the cutaway calf sections of those, and then also washcloths wrapped around and 'tied' with masking tape, as impromptu cushioning material to keep her from getting wrist/ankle bruises, or rope burns, during some tie-down festivities. I guess I recalled them as being 'grippy' as well, and later on when I started PE I tried those to see if they would help grip the shaft just under my glans and they were kindof fantastic at it. Like, disconcertingly good versus a bare grip and I think this was my first encounter with a lig pop too.

Also bend the glans sideways to form a hook, like Big said above, that's a great allaround tip there.

The materials though, while very grippy, were also unpleasantly abrasive when being used to pull rather than just cushion. It's possible that I would have toughened up and then it would have been ok, but was trying a lot of new things at the time and this didn't make it into the regular bag of tricks.

Easy enough to try ... socks or washcloths .. I'd think that anyone with internet access probably has both of those.:cool: ... I am Cut, by the way.

He doesn't need to spend that much just to get a good grip. Lengthmaster is pricey where as theraband and a safe powder will work great for grip.

If he can afford it I highly recommend he gets one. If he can not afford one he should win one. If there is any issue with grip the LM will destroy it.

Compared to the expenses he should first check something cheap and if that doesn't work then save up money or enter the monthly contest to win a LM
 
Thx all, i will do today the trick with some socks and will post results. Yesterday i was doing bundles and yet again i think that i pulled my head too hard so it got dark red :/ Today the color is fine so i will do the stretches with some clothing on. My length routine will be bundled stretches and classic ones - newb routine.

Was pulling today again- 3 sets ,3 remaining and i had again pretty red tip but it was much better then before. I hope that in the next days i will get used to pull a lot and that i get lower irritation then before

Get yourself a length master device. You can stretch much better with it.

I'm going to try to help you.

I think I need to post my manual pulling/stretching technique in my Logbook as a video. I will try to describe it here in text. But a video I think would clarify it better.

So here we go... I had the same problems as you had in the beginning, and you want definitely to have a strong grip, so you can pull as hard as possible.

Lets go...
I use lots of body powder as well, and sometimes I use Magnesium Carbonate (Weightlifting Chalk), to make the grip even better. But that's not necessary.

My penis is flaccid with this technique, I'm going to describe for you.

This is a description when doing;
Behind The Cheeks to the Right.

1. Put on body power on your flaccid penis.

2. Take your left hand, and get it to the root of your penis. Use both hands to longated your flaccid penis.

3. Hook your right hand with forefinger and thumb grip, behind the glans. You don't need to be exactly behind. Make the grip comfortable.

This is going to be the trick:
4. When I stretch my penis, I simultaneously deform my penis with the left hand (at the root, and at the sides: left/right), in a way so the right hand gets more tissue of the penis to hold on to.

The grip with the left hand:
The penis is with this grip, between the ring finger and the middle finger, and also you push your hand/fingers in a little bit against your fat pad (not so hard). You can modify this grip in diffrent stretches.
The important part is that you deform the tissue of your penis so, you get a better grip with your hand at the glans.
Important: Make sure you do not hinder the stretch with your hand at the base.

In this way, you get a more stronger, and a more reliable grip in your right hand, and also the pressure on the glans reduces.

If I don't use this technique, I can't pull as hard and it feels like my glans are going to "explode".

So there you go, I hope this will help you with your grip problems you are having.
Let me know how it goes. Also if It doesn't work, let me know.

By the way:
The problem is not that you are uncut.
