Put a complaint in with PayPal and you will get your $200 back....do not forget to follow through or you will be losing the 200, PAYPAL is very good with the buyer, very good.
Wasn't aware that I could get my money back, I did pay through Paypal! I've learned to only buy things through MOS as there are a lot of scams out there. Thanks again much appreciated!!!
