Manual stretches VS Hanging

Since I began back in 2001, I have come to the conclusion that all PE methods have pros and cons to them, with no one being the BEST as it were. Not to mention, we all have our own way to train, some will enjoy pumping for length, allot more versus the hanger. Both work for it.

And the largest barrier in gains full stop is your own damn mind ... we create our own hurdles by way of excuses, lack of patience with routines.

You need to keep focused, want it allot, have tons of patience, and use intensity, sometimes high where need be.

The thing with me is I feel like with stretching that’s where I made my 1.5 inch gains, with hanging I’ve gained only .25 after 6 months of use reaching 10 pounds. I feel like when you bring to use a hanger especially the compression base (I own vac and compression) it toughens up you tunica and ligs so much that the penis begins harder to stretch. I took a little decon from hanging and now I feel like my dick is much easier to stretch and I’m feeling fatigue...

Ten pounds over 6 months seem incredibly low and from what I read on top hangers is that most guys build up to between 15 to 21 pounds for hanging. My starting weight is 7 and lower but that's for safety. But I guess we are all different I do 46 minutes of stretching everyday alongside my hanging from w

Also compression hanging has such a high learning curve it was consuming so much of my time, like 4-5 hours that it was affecting my mental health and felt counter intuitive. I feel like PE is meant to be done, and go on with your day. Sometimes over fatiguing I feel like is bad for you and does the opposite of gaining length.

I think you're correct. And Ive had the same perception for a while. There is a thin line between productive fatigue training and over training. And instead of the tissues healing larger, they just toughen up to become stronger in order to resist the same weight/strength. And perhaps this is more pronounced with hanging. When we hang, we usually increase weight as we feel "comfortable" but we dont know if that comfortably is actually being scientifically productive for enlarging tissues.

Its very similar to what happens at the gym. I do bodybuilding. 99.8% of guys working out at the gym dont do bodybuilding. They think they do, but in reality they have no idea what theyre doing. For bodybuilding you use less weight, higher reps and perfect execution of the movement causing fatigue and failure. In return the muscle grows bigger. Most guys try to impress the dude next to them by lifting as heavy as they can. They feel strong, they scream, they take a deep breath and look at themselves in the mirror, but they will never grow that way. What the majority does at the gym is called powerlifting. You get strong, but you will never look symmetric, in shape with big round muscles.

Maybe start with the bundle chamber and get the penis wrentch at a later date?

I would do it the other way around if you’re going to do it piece by piece but you save so much money just buying the lengthmaster complete. The Bundle chamber attaches to the body of the lengthmaster so you’d want to get a body before you get the bundle chamber. But again I’m stressing you buy the Lengthmaster as it is because you save money.

Understood. My thinking is, with the body, you can’t do anything with it by itself. Well except power assist moves. I can see how the bundle chamber can be beneficial by itself with stretching. No hand fatigue. Not as effective as the whole package, but a move in the right direction, no? It is just a thought since he was strapped for cash.

OK I got you! Yeah in that case grab the bundle chamber first and then later you can get the body.

Yes I agree with the fact that everyone is different 100% but personally for me 10 pounds felt a lot and I felt my nerves starting to get damaged because of the way compression hanger was digging into my shaft (bib hanger) and quite honestly speaking I haven’t checked out top gainers, but as far as my research goes, I haven’t met too many men who exceed the 15 pound mark. Compression hanging in my experience has a very high learning curve with every new weight and wrapping. Also I was performing stretches along with my compression hanging as well, and as far as my experience went, my stretches did not feel as effective considering, to my belief, it was toughening up my internals. Also there’s very few ppl on forums aside from the Hanger creators who have gained over an inch by hanging. But from the several forums I have read, there are plenty of guys who have made 2+ inch gains through manual stretches. I’m looking into buying the LM, that device I believe is the real deal for length... you’re able to stretch part of you shaft that a hanger simply cannot, you can change your routine not only in duration but also in the exercises you use, making it much more effective in breaking plateaus and the best of em all, is the fact you can stretch in different directions, where in most cases with hanging, you are only limited to certain angles... just my 2 cents ?

I agree with you and I also want to say that the lengthmaster also has a hanger so it gives you even more options. It’s a power assist, the hunger, a bundle and roll chamber and fulcrum wrench. Nothing comes close with manual work!

Indeed brother, well from my research the top gainers for hanging did exceed 15 pounds an as I stated I made my first 2 inches from a manual only program, my thoughts on hanging is just based on a few weeks of experience with hanging and others. I am actual pro- manual but I understand your perspective and yes I believe the length master is gold and want one so bad to be able to take my stretching and hanging to a new level, My goal is to to continue my 2 hour a day manual routine with hanging and pumping on the side and see if the hanging contributed much more within my measure date which is in about 4 months from now. I am using the same routine I gained 2 inches with manually just with hanging and pumping included so technically I won't no for sure if big gains happens it was directly from hanging etc but what I shared here is that with hanging I could feel an more intense fatigue alot faster compared to manuals I had to focus and add more volume to create similar fatigue so I assumed that hanging would be more effective based on that but it's just my personal experience. Happy Gains

Happy gains to you to brother, and if you don’t mind me asking, what’s your manual routine like? 2 inch gains are remarkable

I think a combination of hanging with some other length exercises is best in order to cover all angles of gain. Simply doing the basic stretches in the newbie routine in addition to hanging with speed the game is quite a bit. Using some of the healing tactics in the SRT would also speed the healing process making gains permanent quicker

@mandatorypower you could purchase the Power Assist instead, its cheaper, does the manuel stuff minus the hanging attachment. If you wanted to do bundles, then save for the LM.

No I'm good u don't need to make a sales pitch to me I been in this enlargement game long enough to understand what I need and don't need when to purchase and when not to purchase. I will snatch the whole length master when I am ready but as of now I am content with where I am . To me equipment is cool but it's not always necessary it's just like in the gym world guys come in with bcaa's, whey protein, creatine , pre-workouts, they got wrist wraps, knee wraps and spent 25 minutes talk to guys about what products they use and should use by the time they did that I already did 25 Muscle-Ups 15 Pistol Squats per leg, 5 backflips, 25 push-ups, 10 chin-ups, 15 bridges, x 5 sets while they still trying to rack up the squat rack for 1st set I done murdered my whole body morally of the story, I believe in hardwork and foundation first then add on extras as a bonus for fun but the best boxers woodchop and run hills, the best rappers use the black and white notepad, nothing beats good old fashion raw training. I can afford one now but I will wait to I see a real platueu or get very bored to add in more devices, I want to focus getting the most gains with out really devices I use the bathmate and homemade hangers but I use them in a very supplemental way my main focus is manual training and because I am a gymnast my grip strength exceeds most men because I am on pull-up bars all day throwing around 200 pounds at 5"7

Okay, point taken. Understand though I wasnt selling you anything, just trying to help.

I used to do body weight exercises 15 years ago when I was younger, they are much better for you versus weights, and nearly all machines bar the old nautilus one which were made by a guy called Arthur Jones, that knew the body should not move on a fixed point, these machines today keep the body in that fixed state, fuck the joints up, but you will know that already.

Its not the same strength versus bodyweight. I did allot of farm work years ago, all by hand lifting alsorts of shit all day long, how I managed to find time to be here, or stretch my dick I never know.

I was very strong, all mostly from bodyweight work, and static holds.

People nowadays like quick fix, everything now ... especially to be famous or rich with little to no effort.

Never a sales pitch here always a helpful suggestion. Moderators do not get paid any money here, they have no incentive to sell gear. There advice comes from experience and from the heart ❤️

I was wearing my stretcher this evening and decided to try bundle stretching im my ads. Oh wow. Fatigue came a lot quicker. A slight to high burn came within 10 mins. I enjoy the sting and burn of pushing my stretching farther each day. About 20 mins twisted almost 2 full round and medium heavy stretching. I definitely recommend this method for anyone who wants to feel a good workout.
