Manual stretches VS Hanging

I was wearing my stretcher this evening and decided to try bundle stretching im my ads. Oh wow. Fatigue came a lot quicker. A slight to high burn came within 10 mins. I enjoy the sting and burn of pushing my stretching farther each day. About 20 mins twisted almost 2 full round and medium heavy stretching. I definitely recommend this method for anyone who wants to feel a good workout.
Very cool technique I thank you for posting it. I hope others give it a shot and find the same intensity you have.
 
Bundled one direction then the other with my ads on and held the position by tucking an closing my legs.

Which one is more effective for length gains, doing a manual routine or hanging for 10-20 hours a week at a weight that brings fatigue?

The most effective way to gain length in my option is to get the length master and silistretcher. Or get only the length master if cash is a problem for you. I've used most of these devices, the Silistretcher and the length master are the two devices I can really beat my chest and say, you won't regret the purchase.
