  • Today I started with 30 minutes of manual stretching followed by 300 kegels in the am and then I hung for about 5 sets of 20 8-7-6-5 pounds in the afternoon girth work 20 minutes jelg followed by 5-5-5-5 bathmate slow squash jelgs and ended with another 300 kegels
    30 minute stretch session followed by 10 minute jelg 5-6-7-8 pounds hang x 8 sets of 20 minutes plus 15 minutes bathmate pumping
    Missed a Wednesday session so I did an early morning make up rountine 40 min Jelg only session. Probably will hang n stretch later
    Complete of full week sessions today, I knocked about 1 hour of hanging and a 30 minute jelg session depending on how I feel after gymnastics work tonight I may train again in the even before having some fun with my favorite 2 people. 2 rest days full of fun!!!
    Traveled out of town for 2 days so adjusted me rountine to fit my schedule 15 minutes of manuals and 20 minutes of jelging. Tonight will hang for an hour and pump and jelg for about 5 sets
    Morning session complete 46 minutes of manual stretching followed by 2 hours of hang 6 ib 5 ib 4ib
    2nd Session complete 2x 5 min pumping + edging followed by 27 min jelg + 23 stretching and 3 x 20 min hanging with 2 pounds. Later on tonight time permitted I will hang with 5-6-7 pounds for a few sets

    Pumping is going well and yes I do bathmate stretches,

    Have seen and difference in length and/or erection quality because of the hardcore stretches ?

    I have not been doing them long enough to tell but I am pretty sure they are contributing some, I never really pay close detail to my gains until like 4-6 months so to a certain degree I don't know, I try to pay more attention to the expansion and elongation of the exercises, To me the bathmate stretches do a good job of elongating while a bit expanded
    1st session complete 3 x 25 min sets of 3ib hanging followed by 23 min stretch 23 min jelg followed by 5 min edging and 5 min pump 5 min jelg hot wrap then 5 pound hanging for 3 sets of 20 minutes
    Last rest day ready to get back to training I plan to really push up this week with my rountines.Plan to do more hard sleeping todayfor deeper recovery
    Rest in the bag I actually sleep a ton today which was good allowing my body to recover is allowing me to push harder every week!!!
    Final session for the week complete 2 hours of hanging 4-5-6 pounds then 20 minutes of manual stretching followed by 30 min jelg and 40 minutes of edging. May hang and pump later tonight while watching movies but looking forward to overeating for 2 days and resting for 2 days for recovery

    Was able to get 1 hour of hanging in with 3 pounds and 2 hours in with 2 pounds at nite!
    Completed 2 sessions . I did 46 mins of manual stretching + 1 hour of hanging w 6 to 4 pounds, I then did 5x3 bathmate/jelg & 20 mins edging, after that I resumed emails for about an hour then returned and did a 46 min Jelq SESSION. May hang later after getting home from work training clients. Up to 8 pounds

    Was able to queeze in 1 hour of hanging in at night too good day. Tommorrow I am going to try to push pe very very hard before my 2 rest days
    2nd session of the day is complete very intense 23 minutes of manual stretching mostly bundles + 23 minute jelg session 10 min focused on length jelging @low eq downward angle followed by 13 min of regular jelgs n 5 minute bathmate pumping, then hung with 6 pounds for 1 hour and a half in sets of 20 min now I am hanging for as long as I can with 3pounds and I might do a few jelgs with bathmate before sex tonight!!!
    Another morning session in the bag, Started with 10 minute rice bag hot wrap follwed by 30 minute jelg session and then 23 minutes of manual stretches and 5 minute of bundles for tunica now off to work will hang for as long as I can with 4-3-2 pounds until my second session after work
    Feeling good in week 2 of my 6 month program, I and really getting as much volume in I can in 5 days only on day to of the week and already almost 4 hours of hanging, plenty of bathmate sets and of course my foundation work of high volume manual work of atleast 46 minutes of stretching and 46 minutes of jelging everyday. 1 hour and a half - 2 hours active pe and about 2-4 hours of passive stuff and in total ...
