Manual stretches VS Hanging

If you're doing a side by side comparison, hanging wins. You have a precisely measured level of resistance with a known weight level for an exact amount of time that is easy to duplicate every time. VS all the guessing with your hands. Not to mention, hands get tired, your grip weakens and you have no idea how hard a "hard" stretch is really pulling. What's the equivalent amount of resistance with your hands to 15 pounds? You have no idea.

[Blahblah Intuition would call for weights, unless the manual routine has Lengthmaster in it, just with hands it's difficult to get a certain threshold.
Not to say that hands only work wouldn't work, it totally does and it's a good way to get into PE!
But within a certain timeframe one might want a bit more power and certainty what tension/force he is using when training. BlahBlah]

But if your doing it by hands, still an issue.

Yep you’ll get completely and accurate measurements of intensity. Knowing how much force you’re using it’s so important to understanding when you can increase that force. Having a concrete number to go by will make it so much easier to collect data on your gains .
 
IMO and experience, manuals are great for newbies and long layoffs to get acclimated with stressing the penis, especially if you use DLD's multi-angle newbie routine. Manual stretching can be used as a warm up as well. Manuals has its place in PE-training.

And I think that the basic manual stretches should also be continued by a more advanced version using the lengthmaster. At one point the hands are not going to be strong enough to get the proper grip and strength you need for the stretch. The whole reason I invented the lengthmaster was because I could not get a good grip and it just made sense to me if I put a chamber together with the original PowerAssist I could get 2 hand stretching using the handlebars. Lo and behold it worked and today people are not limited by the strength of their hands because the lengthmaster gives you so much strength you’ll never use at all.

y want the length master, but as a university student, it’s just really hard to afford equipment at the moment, but I’ll be ordering one eventually I know that for sure. I’m just concerned about it slipping after pushing a certain amount of pressure

I can imagine having to pay for food and books and apartments it must be very expensive. Well hopefully they’ll be a sale or something soon so you can get your hands on one. In the meantime your hands are good enough! I gain more than 2 inches with my hands.

eah I gained 1.5 with my hands in a year! But then I got stuck on a plateau and felt as if manual stretches weren’t as effective as before and in order to break the plateau I started hanging in August 2018 and have gained .25. I was wondering if I should take a 1-2 month decon break and start manual stretches again. I feel like my dick and ligaments have really toughened up because of the hanging. Which makes me feel like it had made my manual stretching even more ineffective...
 
Wow that is a monumental gain in such a short time, excellent work! Well sounds like you’re a perfect contender for a Lengthmaster but money is an issue so let me see what I can work out for you. The LM just gives you so much power and control over where the power goes with any stretch you can imagine. Then once you’re strapped in and you take all of those handlebars to handed stretching, there’s nothing like it. The ligament can get tough with hanging so it might be smart to change up that exercise I’ll try something new.
 
I've gotten to the point now with hanging where I instantly get to fatigue sometimes not even with my max weight then need to drop 2nd set. Then when recovering in the phallosan, there is still enough pull to feel fatigue through the ligs and shaft the whole time. Is this a good thing or should I wait on getting fully healed to be able to go up in weight? There is a main point of fatigue deeeeep in the bottom of the base.
Any advise will be appreciated.
 
Recovering in something like the Phallosan, which is an ADS, is fine after you have done hanging, and will take advantage of the fatigued elongated extended penis to enable it growth in that phase, rather then not doing any ADS or extension work afterwards.

It wont fatigue the penis anymore doing ADS afterwards, its keeping the penis in that healing state of elongation.

I wouldnt change anything drastic, perhaps knock a few pounds off your weight for 1-2 weeks, then go back to it.

The things that I would do for 1.5" right now...LOL Jesus that would put me a little over 10"!! I need to pray more.

Maybe start with the bundle chamber and get the penis wrentch at a later date?

I drop set to the point where I'm fatiguing at even 1.5kg, and I use a male edge at 50% which is equivalent to 1.5kg. Then when I jump in the Phallosan, it's like a mild fatigue the whole time. That's a good thing right?
 
I am a strong advocate for manual exercises as I believe it teaches you strong discipline with pe because it is alot more time consuming and take focus to make it more effective and develop foundation. Gain 2 inches from just hands so only been hanging a few weeks and I am almost certain hanging is far more effective it has taken far less time to reach certain levels of fatique with hanging already so I can tell its effectiveness. Also u can almost make hanging passive where with manuals you have to be more intune to reach fatigue. A combination of the two would be idealbut I would say hanging wins

The thing with me is I feel like with stretching that’s where I made my 1.5 inch gains, with hanging I’ve gained only .25 after 6 months of use reaching 10 pounds. I feel like when you bring to use a hanger especially the compression base (I own vac and compression) it toughens up you tunica and ligs so much that the penis begins harder to stretch. I took a little decon from hanging and now I feel like my dick is much easier to stretch and I’m feeling fatigue...
 
Also compression hanging has such a high learning curve it was consuming so much of my time, like 4-5 hours that it was affecting my mental health and felt counter intuitive. I feel like PE is meant to be done, and go on with your day. Sometimes over fatiguing I feel like is bad for you and does the opposite of gaining length.
