Hey DLD, man i have been trying to get this width to stick, i always get massive width expansion but i can't seem to make it stay, could you help me out with any tips, like what worked best for you, and how long ect?....
I'd really appreciate any little bit of insight, thanks! ?:(
 
The thing about expansion is you have to keep hitting it as often as possible. I know you said the jurassic crushers were giving you pump that lasted for days, but I don't know if you were training every single day. The key is to have expansion up to the next session so when you hit it again it expands that much more. If you take even a day off you'll just shrink back to square one which is frustrating
 
Yea, it really boils down to redundant sessions throughout the day for months on end. Without it the tunica is basically going to forget the shape. There's not a way I know of that will help with retaining that type of expansion, but with girth a ring can generally be used for a slight boost in retention. I can't say it would help with width specifically, but it should help with volume at least.

Ya I really don't have a problem with girth it's just the whole keeping the width shape lol
It's hard, I think I may implement reds friendos, and do them for a while, because the crushes are only pressure for 30 to 60 seconds at a time but very high intensity, but the friendos are pressure over a long time at a lower intensity, so it may not be the actually ridiculous pressure, but a moderate pressure over a longer period of time that creates width.

true, you have to get expansion frequently not just huge expansion once in a while
 
Well if you're talking about actually changing your tunica's shape its gonna be alot tougher. To do that you pretty much gotta train like a crazy person redzulu style

This. The longer you stay in that state the better results you will get of permanence

I was obsessed with width early in my program. I had great depth but width was suffering. I made this change by adding Toilet Compression Squeezes as part of my total routine. (you do not need to use a toilet:)) this, overtime increased my width about 1/2".....not sure but close to that.
 
Is their a link to a video of the toilet bowl compression exercise, an explanation, I'm obsessed with width aswell.it brings a beast look to my junk lol
But for some reason it won't cement, I have a super round shaft.

ya, i healed up alright though, but i think im going to lay of the crushers for a bit.
but i want that width.

CompressionToilet Squeezes
With an 80-90% erection in a seated on the rim of the toilet (Seat Up) Flatten your penis against the rim. Start at the base and work up to just below the head. Imagine your penis has 3 separate segments, the lower, the mid and the upper. Each segment should be flattened for 30 seconds.

Haha the toilet exercise, I should've known to make a more widthier dick you need to flatten it, and hammer it down.
 
Is it not typical for width gains to be the prevalent way girth changes with gains?
