How do you guys manage to do girth work without watching ����? I always have to have some kind of stimulus, but hate having to sit and watch ���� for 30+ minutes. I like to do my PE while I sit and catch up on my shows at night, but it's usually impossible for me to maintain any kind of erection. It's hard to maintain an erection if you're distracted. Trying to watch a show while doing girth work is going to split your attention and decrease EQ. I was trying to have sex one morning and my wife had the TV on Dr Phil. Just his voice in the room, even while trying to ignore it, was enough to destroy my erection (I think he's an uppity "I ALWAYS know best" asshole). As soon as I changed the channel I stopped pushing a rope and 100% EQ resumed.
Aside from a cock ring and Vitamin V or C, and I'm not sure that'd completely do it, not sure if there's any other possible solutions. I agree with clad. While not always possible, the least distractions you have, the better your chance for keeping high eq. I personally have a house full of distractions on a daily basis so my chances of 100% eq is pretty low during my pe sessions. I try to get away to the quietest room in the house (master bathroom) for all of my sessions.
