I have noticed that whenever I do my daily stretch routine, I get at least 2 lig pops. They occur especially when pulling downwards. For those people who do not know what lig pops are, they usually occur when stretching and sound like you are cracking your nuckles. Same sound.
Now, I was just wondering whether these lig pops are good, bad, or neutral. Are they a sign of gains? Any one with personal experience PLEASE reply. DLD, I'd also like to hear your opinion.
