The package comes with the cone, it says it right on the page:

man, i am uncut and i finally got my sizing right through Ron, (2nd attempt) for the VLC tugger, and if any of you guys are uncut, this would be the only way to go. i have already worn this thing for 13 hrs. straight the 1st day. no numbing, no worries about blue dick, circulation, no more ace bandage wrap needed. beyond comfortable! and recommended!
Guys ron has a new site which i guess is still in the process of going live. MUCH MUCH nicer than the old one

also just so you can see here is me in the VLC with tension as much as my current rods allow. Have some more on order. I ordered 2x 2" rods because i lost one of my 2" rods and what do you know I found the missing rod tonight down the side of the couch cushion even though i looked in that exact same position at least 10 times before ordering LOL
Anyone in australia need a set of 2" rods?
