I've been Penis Enlargement-ing since February. Saw some quick length gains early but they've really slowed down recently. Started at about 6" BPenis EnlargementL and now I'm just over 6.5. But most of that was gained in the first 3 to 4 months. The last 2 months I've not increased hardly at all. I'm up to hanging about 18lbs. for a total of 20 minutes a day--the whole routine with a break taking about a half hour. What can I do to get the lengthening going again but not devote more time than I'm already giving?

As for girth, I've been doing the slow squashes for about 3 months now, a half hour a day, and seen some gains recently but not a lot--4.5" to 4.6". Not a huge gain but it's more than I did in the first 3 months when I wasn't doing the squashes.

So, total I'm devoting an hour a day to this. And that's about all I have time for. Can I maximize my time in better ways?

Maybe you can try a completely different workout, something to shock yourself a bit. Going 3 months, doing the same routine, can sometimes get us to slip into a comfort zone where gains do no happen as quickly. For me, it is sometime a step down from my current work to something more basic, something softer for a few weeks, to fool the penis into a lighter daily routine and then BLAM! hit it with the old, more intense routine. It is like time off without really taking time off. I would like to have seen you make a gain of .25" in time you have spent. This shows me we need to change something up to get that girth going. How long are you spending on each rep? How much temporary expansion are you seeing in a session?
 
For the hanging, 16lbs. for 10 mins. Rest for 10 min. Then another 10 mins. of hanging.

For the squashes, I do about a minute. Then break for a minute. Do that ten times. I have never measured any expansion right after any exercise. I agree I may need to go easier and switch things up. Just looking for a routine that takes about an hour and combines both lengthening and widening. Thanks.

This routine is the best starting routine and it takes about an hour
