I think Americans see this very different. Most Americans believe possessions equal success. They believe the more they have the better of they are. For many years I thought of myself as the things I had. A mercedes equals success, a big house equals success, fashionable clothes mean success, etc. It was not until later in life that I realized most of these things were an empty bag. I was a man defined by my possessions. As life went on and I started to fall upon bad times I started to see the things I had fall away. As each possession left me I became less and less sure of myself. When everything was gone I no longer knew who I was. It took years of daily, cognitive work to get myself to the position that the man defines the man, not what he owns.

This does not mean I am against possessions, there are some possessions I can't do without like Paper towels, Coffee, my Penis Enlargement Toolbox, shit, not many...I would like a new Mercedes G Wagon but will see how that goes

As they say ''The lord works in mysterious ways'' us mere mortal humans will never be able to fully comprehend never mind understand the whole concept surrounding the entire inner workings of life. Either have someone who claims its a hoax, placebo, tricks of the mind or you have believers sometimes they claim to be in touch with a supernatural entity like those who write about Abraham giving them knowledge on the secret.

My take honestly, is we dont need to know the exact inner working or to fully understand it because as humans we are too curious, unappreciative and doubtful to take it all in. Many atheists and agnostics around, so just have your thoughts + beliefs than allow it to happen ... if the blue jumper doesn't appear one week and the red the next yet you wanted them, it has worked ... this stuff isn't timed, it has no concept of time like we do.

All I know is from recent experiences the universal powers around us via God and our great lord Jesus Christ along with the saints do help us and provide manifestations to aid us in life. I'm more at the conclusion you can get help with anything via God if its not for self indulgent and greed i.e. wishing over and over and praying to win the lottery, than dont expect miracles on that to happen ... why should the higher powers grant you that? perhaps if you are willing to PROMISE to donate 1/2 to God than who knows.

Just have faith, ask for things you NEED and be patient but most importantly as well do manifestations and prayers for others as well.

I don't really understand. I don't really want clothes maybe its a bad example. What is manifestation for then? All the stuff I've learned about teach that it does work for material possesions but anyways I want to know what happens to all your thoughts for what you want when they are going into the universe but what you want is not happening? I guess I don't have a good enough example I don't want to "jinx" it I just want to know what to do when I'm doing everything right to manifest but it may not be becoming real outside of my mind. Is that wrong? I don't understand I pay attention to everything I'm studying why is it so confusing?

Its confusing because its an awfully deep subject and as humans (once again) we often dougt what we cannot fully comprehend and especially what we cannot see! Why so many people dont believe in ghosts, not many have seen one so therefore they dont exist

* Your not as Abraham says ''In line'' so not ready to receive it. What prevents this is the mind as I have already explained. You still dougt and hence thats like a chain holidng stuff back.
* You need to expose yourself to the situations where this desire may manifest ... example being you desire a god job as a cashier right ... well you wont get that job sitting on your ass at home, no matter what you do because your not putting it about ... so one would apply for jobs and in that category, keep believing and the right job would come to you in that field.
* It needs time to manifest. No one knows the time period involved. Could be instant or much slower. For me its to do with the whole scales of the uniderse (How I sum it up in my minds eye) and they move around allot but when they hit the positive end I would say thats when you get the manifestation but when is anyones guess. You just need to keep doing the grafting to help that desire on its way which is remaining positive and show gratitude to the universe and god for the help.

Sounds to me you just need to allow it more time and keep remaining positive with strong faith. If you have also sinned in your life, please do recite x3 Holy Marys, X3 Holy Fathers and X3 Hallow be thy names each night and everynight incl after a main prayer for help.

These are ways of saying thank you and I dont need to stress the importance of the number 3.

Confess sins to Jesus Christ and ask for mery, redemption and forgiveness to be cleansed with the blood of christ. All this imo is imortant because again my opinion is that the law of attraction has allot still to do with God and if the grand plan isnt to the desire than it wont happen otherwise everyone potentially could be millionaires when it wouldnt be wise for that to occur would it? some people would have others assasinated for example to the highest bidder and the unclean of heart will not get anything granted until they confess sins.

This was a great post. I think about manifestation every day I never have been able to let myself forget and the way I feel is little by little I grow. I thought of a better analogy for my original question, but I have also thought of an answer that could go in its place considering. The analogy is to say someone you loved very much were to pass away (touch wood) my question is if I manifested daily-always I will see this person again alive face to face before I die- of course this is unrealistic most likely I will never get my wish. I wanted to know where all the energy for my manifestation goes? Obviously I am putting a lot of thought and energy into wanting to be with this person again but it will never come true? My answer I gave myself is the energy is not wasted. It is all good to focus on still wanting this. Even if I am never going to be with this person I can still have moments I feel we are together. I think what will happen is I will meet other people and percieve the one I miss is speaking to me through others I have relationships with. It may sound unusual but it is something I have come to understand. Maybe I will put lots and lots of energy into wanting something I will never have but part of the experience is the journey and if this is what I truly want then it is worth the effort into manifesting this person back to life- for however long it takes. Maybe God would allow me a life with someone who would be able to satisfy me in those ways the person I desired would have. Probably never would they be able to take their place but if I were to manifest what I wanted slowly in other ways than being with that person my desires will be fulfilled.

Use art, create sigils - these work best for me! Dont swell on it, thats not what you should do. Once you have done your meditations you forget about it and allow it to happen. Also you have to put the work in as I keep saying. Some people assume this can happen by doing nothing, but it doesnt. Example you want extra income and dont have a job and sit indoors all day, well its not going to happen so buying a scratch card at least ups the chances. You might win $20 or so.

For me the best method is going over it on paper, writing it all down and than meditate with candle outside or somewhere private. Visualise and feel good about it. After all this it becomes less formal. Make a graphical sigil or create artwork while thinking of the desire. Think about it during the creation of this artwork. The energy going into that creation is what plants the desire. Once that is done you charge it as mentined in another thread by staring at it, orgasm etc reaching a state of Gnosis which allows it to SOAK INTO YOUR MIND the desire, the suncpnsious mind and tell you it will happen ... our minds are setup to destroy our magical efforts but override that and tap into the subconscious and that is the real secret!!! reaching out and soaking information into the subconsous.

This is why, unrelated but why abused kids are often 'damaged' when older. They dont know exactly why and display mixed signs, behaviours and emotions but the subconsciois mind always knows this past scar, its reaching out into the conscious and causes these troubles. When you think about something like that, as we know about in society and take it into a context with this LOA stuff you can understand than how it will work.

Something else to remmeber and bare in mind is treat this like your ordering something in person. When we do that we dont keep wondering and pondering about it, such as has it happened and will it come because we have for example gone online to the shop and purchased the item ourselves. Received a receipt and delivery note so we know its happening.

With this attraction stuff, you have to see it as a large cosmic ordering service and once you've made your request and believe it than thats done. You needn't keep wondering about it all the time when and if it comes to light because that interferes with it. Place your universal order and allow it to manifest.

On Friday another one of my desires came true I had asked specifically for this some 4-6 weeks earlier and on Friday it came to me. Sometimes aswelll what you ask for doesn't come and hit you in the face, you have to move around some to see it if you get me ... for example meeting a women with green shoes, she may not walk right to you but you look around as you do and notice the women not far from you.

A good method that Dr Joe Vitale recommends to help manifest things more quickly and indeed just programme your life in a direction you would like is to grab yourself some paper, a pen or a pencil. Write down in the future tense on whatever it is your thinking about. Example is that your scared of doing public speeches and get nervous. Dr Joe Vitale explained this example himself before going on the Jerry King show live.

He went on to exaplin how nervous he gets and he was really worried as it was LIVE. So he wrote down in his apartment in LA before going out to the studio in the future tense about how well he did on the Jerry King show that evening and how well he liked it, how well Jerry liked him, that he respondded so well to questions and he felt so wonderful etc etc etc this is placing seeds in the mind and especially the subconscious when you write it out and absorb it into you that it has alreayd happaned to you and hence when you go out and do it the whoel thing slots into place as if it had been done like it was written on the paper in the apartment!

Try it yourselves. Obviously dont be absurd with things like I'm going to buy a Ferrari today It has to be things that have a realistic chance of being controlled and infleucned. I know that Joe said about a guy who wanted a Ferrari and written he would have one and he did around several years later when he had job promotions and sorted other stuff out ... it worked but it took longer because for such a more lavish item it takes time.

Something more instant is our own feelings like the example Joe shared. Our emotions can be changed quickly and thats good.

Another method is the WISH LIST. Similer to the above but its for more longterm plans but also short term. Noel Edmond who is a British presenter on T.V openly admits to using 'Cosmic Ordering' to get his life back on track. He would write a wish list out and go over it daily in his mind absorbing it all in and eventually he said this list came to pass into his reality.

So again paper, pen or pencil. Write down what you WISH for.

I wish for a great night out on Sunday when I go to Demi's.
I wish for parking space to be available to me when I park at Walmart.
I wish for attractive women but with a caring personality to approach me when I'm on nights out.

^ So have it all written down on your wish list and fold it towards you, store it in a nice safe place and go over it daily when you like. Add to it when need be and treat it as an ordering inventory like in a shop so the order has been placed and your waiting for the higher forces to help synchronise it for you.

Both methods are said to work very well indeed and I will be using them more as of today and wanted to share with others. I recommend aswell to use the mantra while looking over the list ''I'm sorry; Please forgive me; I love you; Thank You'' an d keep doing that for minutes or long as you like. That is a powerful cleansing method and will release and remove obstacles in your mind that may be present so the content on the paper can be absorbed into you.
