does anyone have a daily kegel routine which is perfect for strengthening the PC muscle? please share what works for you all.
 
hey jonny rod, I'll copy a kegel routine from dld's newbie routine I think that's all you need to do:

100 quick Kegel squeezes

50 of the following:
Squeeze your PC muscle as hard as you can, hold for 5 seconds then slowly release for 2 seconds. When you have finished the 50 your PC muscle will be screaming. This is a good sign. Now to finish the exercise start squeezing and hold for 1 minute, if you get tired squeeze harder until the minute is complete.
 
IF you pump, you can kegel while in the pump, and you can do some really strong contractions and holds. Thats what I do and I am able to hold a kegel very strongly now!

The recomended dosage of 100 flash kegels (sec. squeezes) and 50 5-10 sec. kegels, plus a few extra kegels for when you jelq as many you feel is best. Then after you're done with your workout do about another 100-200 flash kegels through out the day and hold a kegel as long as you can 1-3 minutes, go ahead and throw in a couple 5-10 sec. kegels (about 10-25). Through this routine I discovered the ability to have multi. orgasms explained in DLDs dvd by accident. It'd be good if you made a log specific for these excersices to keep track and moving consistent.

The NEWBIE ROUTINE has a very nice Kegel Routine. It is toward the bottom of the routine posted.
