here's my take on all the logs

mike3209 has a solid and simple routine but looks effective, good amount of stretching along with jelqs. seems consistent as well.

big shwanz has a very solid routine with all the LM stretching and the BM switches, bit more complex. although i haven't seen any logs for the past week

ns92, very solid and different, with A LOT of kegeling, which i know first hand is great for EQ and girth, it used to be all i did when i started PE few years ago. not much activity this past week

RR04, also solid with the main routine being SRT stretching and jelqing with some ULI/SSJ supersets. only a bit active

ironcock, very impressive long dedicated logs with many hanging sets and a lot of LM bundles and stretches, with post-PE extender or uncle jim wrap. no activity for the past week because frenelum is healing

gottagetagrip, no activity this past week, but nice solid routine with some bundles stretches, length blasters, jelq, and some BM work. will have to peep more about length blasters

megamike, very solid routine and everchanging it seems with bundled stretching, stretching, jelqs, ssjs, BM, and hanging seems to be main jist. but barely any activity for past week

rocky, very solid routine with a lot of hanging and LM work, decent frequency and great job on posting and motivating others

all great logs. i would say Ironcock and megamike have the most powerful routines and their gains seem to be great. im curious and will have to look into the hanging section might give that a try soon, and definately looking to get LM soon

but we also know simple routines can also work well, as seen with sevenwantsten thread's routine

even though mike has a very nice simple but effective routine and is quite active, and this is a very close choice keep in mind but

my nomination goes to rocky for strong routine, decent frequency, quality posting and motivation!

checked your log now, very solid, good amount of hanging and LM work. u have about 4 logs in the past week. decent workout frequency and very good routine. but I am also considering that you are motivating others and posting a lot in regards to the contest and PE help

also megamike is barely active this past week in terms of actual logs, not just posts or responses, with the exception of a hanging session last week and he built his own LM, so extra points for that

and i dont nominate myself, i'd rather win off real votes, even if it's a tiebreaker

anyway after looking at both mike3209 and rocky it's like a tiebreaker really

it comes down to a bit of extra frequency from mike vs rocky's posting power

i'm gona go ahead and vote for rocky b/c i learned a bit more in terms of checking out the snake hanger from his posts, also his help and motivation on here

I am in it for the sport, but I removed myself as a potential winner for the prize. And it is totally fair to nominate yourself if you believe you have the best routine, so no one be shy about that!

it is! the stretch feels so intense.this level of intensity can't be achieved by hands alone. hopefully it helps me gain the length I want,I'm starting to be disappointed I haven't seen any length gains for so much now
