I'm voting for RR04 . His routine last week looks like a nice set up. Keep it up brother!
Here is his routine
Wake up somewhere between 4am-6am, workout, get back and apply heating pad for 10 minutes.
Take a shower and do 5 minutes of bundled stretching in various directions.
15 seconds each down left, right, middle
10 rotary cranks down
15 seconds each BTC left, right, middle
15 seconds each straight out left, right middle
10 rotary cranks straight out
15 seconds each upwards left, right, middle
10 rotary cranks upward
I will refer to this as a condensed newbie routine, 15 seconds of each stretch and just one round each, not the 3 rounds at 30 seconds prescribed in the full newbie routine.
Wrap UJW for the next 3 hours.
Another condensed newbie routine around 9:30 am.
Wrap UJW for next 2-3 hours.
Another condensed newbie routine around Noon.
Wrap UJW for next 2-3 hours.
Another condensed newbie routine around 3 pm.
Wrap UJW for next hour or two.
Fast forward to PM session:
10 minutes hot wrap
5 minutes bundled stretching in shower, various directions
30 seconds of each stretch in newbie routine, one round and 25 rotary cranks where 10 are seen above.
100 jelqs
5 minutes SSJ/ULI
100 jelqs
5 minutes SSJ/ULI

3 minute warm down massage with hot washcloth
Apply cockring for next 1-2 hours to hold blood.
