here's my take on all the logs
mike3209 has a solid and simple routine but looks effective, good amount of stretching along with jelqs. seems consistent as well.
big shwanz has a very solid routine with all the
LM stretching and the
BM switches, bit more complex. although i haven't seen any logs for the past week
ns92, very solid and different, with A LOT of kegeling, which i know first hand is great for EQ and girth, it used to be all i did when i started PE few years ago. not much activity this past week
RR04, also solid with the main routine being
SRT stretching and jelqing with some ULI/SSJ supersets. only a bit active
ironcock, very impressive long dedicated logs with many hanging sets and a lot of
LM bundles and stretches, with post-PE
extender or
uncle jim wrap. no activity for the past week because frenelum is healing
gottagetagrip, no activity this past week, but nice solid routine with some bundles stretches, length blasters, jelq, and some
BM work. will have to peep more about length blasters
megamike, very solid routine and everchanging it seems with bundled stretching, stretching, jelqs, ssjs,
BM, and hanging seems to be main jist. but barely any activity for past week
all great logs. i would say Ironcock and megamike have the most powerful routines and their gains seem to be great. im curious and will have to look into the hanging section might give that a try soon, and definately looking to get
LM soon
but we also know simple routines can also work well, as seen with sevenwantsten thread's routine
so i would nominate mike3209 for the simple but effective routine, and he's the only one other than me who is active
