5 minutes bundled stretches
Hot shower
50 downward jelqs 50 upward jelqs
I did BM hardcore erect stretches and it pretty much works out being my normal 5 minutes for 3 rounds.

30 seconds upward × 3 sets (1:30 work time 10 second rest between each set)

30 seconds downward × 3 sets (1:30 work time 10 seconds rest between each set)

30 seconds downward left × 3 sets (1:30 work time 10 second rest between each set)

30 seconds downward right × 3 sets (1:30 work time 10 second rest between each set)

30 seconds mid left × 3 sets (1:30 work time 10 seconds rest between each set)

30 seconds mid right × 3 sets (1:30 work time 10 seconds rest between each set)

Now the benefit I noticed of doing the hardcore stretches is afterwards your super fatigued.

Coconut oil/cortisone cream mix
ACE wrap 1 hour

Length work
Newbie stretches 1 round
30 seconds of sit and pulls × 3 sets
ACE wrap 10 hours (every hour taking wrap off and doing behind the cheek stechtes or bundled strechtes and re wrapping)

I am a big believer in frequency throughout the day of high intensity stretches. I am doing a lot of research and science/study and believe it to help both length and girth due to the nature of bodily tissues. Thus my routine I think is promising and could work for anyone based on principle and my own results (gained about .2" EL and .3" BPFSL in first 6 weeks with 1/8" girth)

Upon waking up 10 minute warmup followed by 5 mins bundle stretching in shower
15 seconds of each of the stretches found in newbie routine with 10 rotaries instead of 25

2-3 hours in the day later repeat 15 seconds of all stretches (should take about 5-7 minutes)
2-3 hours later repeat again
2-3 hours later repeat again
2-3 hours later do 5 minutes of bundling in an evening shower followed by full 30 seconds of each stretch. Follow this with a girth session consisting of 100 jelqs followed by 5 mins SSJ/ULI, 100 jelqs again and 5 more minutes SSJ/ULI finishing with 50-100 jelqs.
End evening sessions with a warm massage cooldown for 5 mins and throw on a cock ring

Do uncle jims wrap throughout the day between stretching sessions and do intense pee tugs when taking a piss.
Repeat in 5 on 2 off schedule with light stretching on 2 off.

My routine before my recent injury. (Non pe related injury)

AM routine:

Rice sock warm up 10
-10 mins of bundles streches to the right, then another 10mins bundles to the left rotation. In LM

-30 to 45 more mins of LM streches, left, right, straight out, down, up, between checks, and rotary helicopter. Ill hold each strech every direction for 1 min before switching.

Followed

-3 sets hanging at 10 lbs @ 20 mins a piece in LM.

After am session, ill apply on my X4 labs with vlc mod attachment and wear it for roughly 8 hours at work.

Pm session: 10 min rice sock warm up,
-30 mins streches (10 min bundles, 20 min manual streches) all in LM.
-2 sets hanging @ 20 mins each set with 10 pounds.

This is what I did when I started 3 to 4 months ago when I joined this site and met DLD (Online of course). At first manuals were done with my hand until I bought my length master. I was finally able to break out of my plateau and go from 7.75 bpel to 8.5bpel (thanks big time to DLD's advice, when starting out here in the size genetics section).

Looking to start back up here in a week or 2 to continue the gains. But ill be incorporating my DIY LG hanger for vacuum hanging, and using my length master for hardcore stretches and bundles. As for an ADS, not sure if ill be using an extender or switching it up to a anti turtle sleeve with a vac belt attachment to my leg for an ADS.

Thanks brother. Its funny how some places would view my routine dangerous or, "too much"(thats why I stop posting at thundersplace since most there view it as a waste). But honestly some of us (like myself) need more intensity for gains and that's what I got from this routine. Plus I also got girth gains from this as well although my focus is geared towards length. That's why im staying here at the brotherhood of PE. But ill admit, if your a newbie, best thing is to do DLD's beginner routine.

Its not to dangerous bro, as long as you proceed with caution you will do fine and make some amazing gains.

Those asspirations lol I think they just asspired a jelqing session.
 
I will have to vote for Mike. I like the manuals multiple times a day and the consistency. Can't go wrong with either though!
