I am a big believer in frequency throughout the day of high intensity stretches. I am doing a lot of research and science/study and believe it to help both length and girth due to the nature of bodily tissues. Thus my routine I think is promising and could work for anyone based on principle and my own results (gained about .2" EL and .3" BPFSL in first 6 weeks with 1/8" girth)
Upon waking up 10 minute warmup followed by 5 mins bundle stretching in shower
15 seconds of each of the stretches found in
newbie routine with 10 rotaries instead of 25
2-3 hours in the day later repeat 15 seconds of all stretches (should take about 5-7 minutes)
2-3 hours later repeat again
2-3 hours later repeat again
2-3 hours later do 5 minutes of bundling in an evening shower followed by full 30 seconds of each stretch. Follow this with a girth session consisting of 100 jelqs followed by 5 mins
SSJ/ULI, 100 jelqs again and 5 more minutes
SSJ/ULI finishing with 50-100 jelqs.
End evening sessions with a warm massage cooldown for 5 mins and throw on a cock ring
Do
uncle jims wrap throughout the day between stretching sessions and do intense pee tugs when taking a piss.
Repeat in 5 on 2 off schedule with light stretching on 2 off.
