Hey everybody. At first when I heard about the LOT Theory I didnt really believe it cus I've heard some skepticism about it but lately i've been hearing over and over about how you're LOT can help you determine how you should stretch for optimal length gains. I only have about 5.3" NBPenis EnlargementL so as you can see I'm really hard into gaining some length. I just ran the LOT test and I'm not sure if I did it correcty because I saw some tugback in all angles from 12:00-6:00. Of course the tugback when I hit about 7:00/6:00 was less visible then at the higher angles...it wasnt even really 'tugback' it was more of just seeing my ligs contract...does this mean my LOT is staggeringly low at....6:30 i would say?

This bothers me because for four months now I have been putting ALOT more emphasis on stretching at lower angles, simple b/c It feels like I'm stretching it out more and I've heard that downward stretches are the way to go for length.
Should I start putting more emphasis on my upward stretching? I'm excited to put this LOT theory to test and see if I get new gains! LMAO
 
can somebody summary up the Lot Theorie in german. My English is too bad.

i would also like to hear the LOT theory, how to figure it out, and what to do with it.

english is fine for me, though.

It's pretty long, probably easier to find the original thread and copy the text in google's translator
 
I think it is bullshit personally, basically stretch your dick out while flaccid and when you experience a loss of tension, that is your LOT.
 
I also have a very low lot but just recently got my first 1/2 inch gain. It's not cemented yet and fluctuates but I'm not sure yet about the theory. I just stretch in all directions and when I hang I target the tunica with a fulcrum and straight out for the ligs.

I gotta go to bed I'll grab the lot link and summarize it tomorrow.
 
i have searched for LOT on here several times and can't find anything!

Whats a fulcrum?
 
Man I cant so good English. Is somebody here with Experince with this stuff und can german.

ah yes i ahve unerstand if you dont see that the pennis is been pulling from kegeling into the body that is your lot.

you know, this is exactly the same thing that happened to me when I took that LOT test, I saw tugback at practically all angles but I wasn't sure if it was just the ligs snapping/contracting. The first time I tried it I saw NO tugback. Then I tried again and just by accident I realized that if I jelq a certain way (like a quick snappy jelq which makes your erection kinda jump up when you're hard) I would see some tugback at almost all angles, this only happened when I did a certain type of jelq, like a snappy one, I can't quite describe it, but when I normally jelq I can see my balls retract a little but never my wang, I'm confused because I went from having no tugback at any angles to having tugback at all angles. ?:(
