Hi guys,


Well, today was my third session using the Bathmate x30. I've been starting very gradually in using it. Prior to the x30 arriving I did DLD's stretching routine and I jelqed for 3sets. I took two days off to slow things to fully heal before I started the Bathmate routine.


The first Bathmate day, after doing DLD's stretching exercises, I went in flaccid and only stayed in for 3 minutes each time. I massaged in between for 3 minutes. Then when I was finished I soaked for 10 minutes - the first 5 massaging, then doing a testicle massage.


Yesterday I went in flaccid again after stretching and increased the time by one minute each set, starting with 3 minutes. I used a leather cock strap at the end to keep things expanded a bit longer. (I haven't got an actual cock ring yet - hopefully will have one tomorrow.)


Today I pumped for 5 minutes in each set, still going in flaccid the first two times. The last set I went in with a bit more than flaccid (maybe 35%) - awesome pump! At the end I soaked again for 5 minutes also doing a testicle massage.


No red dots or swelling noticed any of my first three days, likely because I'm being so cautious.


I was originally thinking I'd take a day off, but now I'm thinking that may not be necessary. Planning to continue the same routine gradually increasing the entering erection percentage.

Why are you not going in erect?
 
Just being cautious. It's all a marathon not a sprint as has been said many times before in this Forum - as you well know. I'll gradually work up to it.

Tried going in fully erect yesterday and today. Did 3 sets, each for 5 minutes with a 3 minute massage in between.

I have a fairly large curve and I find it hard (no pun intended) to get into the Bathmate easily. The head rubs up against the side, which isn't too comfortable. Anyone have any suggestions for this?

Also wondering if I'm okay to start doing Bathmate stretches yet or is it too soon?

Day 6 session today. Found I could adjust placement of the x 30 a bit to help comfort level of head squishing against the side. It helped somewhat. Did three sets. Then took off comfort pad thinking that might help some and did an extra 3 minutes. (It did help some, so I guess some of this is trial and error to see what works best for me. ).

Had a bit of fluid retention today where the foreskin used to attach. Nothing extreme though. Loving the tingling feeling and the fat look after a session!

How long are you staying in the tube?

Normally just five minutes each set, (3sets total), but I did an extra 3 minutes today testing things out without the comfort pad. I think that extra time caused the bit of fluid build up. Never had it the other sessions. It was minimal - no donut dick syndrome. lol
 
Try a dab or two of a high quality (viscous) hair conditioner on your glans before entering the cylinder...that'll help with the discomfort
 
Day 7 - one week in!!

No issues today - all good. Cock has moved further into the tube than when I started. Interesting tingly feeling deep in base back to taint area after session - expansion I'm assuming.

I didn't get an answer earlier about whether to start Bathmate stretches. I tried for a few minutes - quite the tug! Seemed ok. Am I good to go with these for week two?
 
My thought is 'whatever my body can handle' intensity-wise, so if you're not having pain or EQ issues...full-steam ahead :)

Every one is different but at the same time men should be pushing themselves to their own personal limit. I out is 8 hours a day everyday and I could even get more in. If SRT was around I would be doing that 24/7. My penis is very residual I guess.

Then pulled out and massaged for 30 seconds then back in and repeated. Did as many stretches as I could - basically two sets of each stretch. They are intense but the feeling is awesome! :)

No fluid retention issues so will add more stretch sets tomorrow.

Awesome! So glad you are using the BathMate Hard-Core Stretches, very good exercise but expect some good soreness.
 
WEEK 2 - days 2 & 3 ...

Things seem to be going well. I love the feeling during and after a session.Continued the usual 3 sets @ 5 minutes each. Increased BM stretches to doing a minimum of 3 sets usually with a massage break in between. I noticed I was a 1/2 inch further into the tube than last week. :)
