It is best to jelq daily to forge good habits and maximize gains.

You need to learn how to not ejaculate after jelqing. Just edge for 15 minutes and leave at that.
 
You might loose EQ and you want your eq really good and as high as possible at all times. I would get the size genetics extender here on this site and weae that all day then work your girth at night. The extender will boost eq plus hive gains.
 
I like to try not to masterbate but I give in and do most men do just don't masterbate in excess and you should be fine I would masterbate 4 hours before or 4 hours after excercise. Trying to limit my ejaculation to once every one or two days.
