My daily routine consist of 1 hr hanging at 12.5 lbs with the max-vac. (hanging straight down) And 30min. of jelqing a few hours later.

- I really want length. My flaccid looks so small. I want it to hang. And my erect is around 5 3/4" So ya i need length. So guys is this a good routine to go with or should I add or change something up? What do u recommend?

-Also is it true if you jelq at a low erection it will work length more? Rather than jelqing at a high erection which will work girth more?

snd good yer if u jelq at a lower erection it wil target length a bit more,,high erection targets both and maybe just as much,,thatsa good outine if u dnt see lenght gains just put the weight up,,,u mite av strong ligements
