View attachment 31101 The last two days I've gone from three hours to four hours, when I take it off the urethra is bright red and swollen, also you can see little red dots don't know what they are. It does go away within a few hours so this be a concern? I do put baby powder in the protector cap?

It looks like a tiny bit of retention, nothing to worry about if swelling goes down in 12 hours.

Oh it's completely fine by then, should this stop happening at all, eventually?

It will go away in time as you become accustomed to it. I've done everything to myself so mine is tougher, but you'll get there. I have mine on almost 17 hours a day. That should tell you you'll get used to it. I take mine off about every 1 to 1.5 hours when I pee. It gives it some air every once in a while. How are you keeping yours on, continuously or at least taking it if I've in a while?

The swelling get smaller in time. In the beginning I had huge fluid retention. Looked gross, was even painful, and took a few good hours (like 4-6 or so) to go down. And after some time my swelling is like 20-30% of what used to be, and goes down much faster. So it'll get better for you too.

Or if you don't want to wait for it to acclimate just stick on it a piece of medical tape before applying

.

On continuously, that's what you're supposed to do?

With any constriction device or method there is always going to be slight swelling and some type of retention. We can make efforts to reduce this as much as possible but the fact still remains that restriction will cause swelling.

You aint redlining it till your dick is getting red, hit it harder, it will grow.

True, the penis is very resilient and it takes a great deal of force or trauma to hurt the penis. In contraction work we can tell when we are at our limit when we see certain signs like redness, retention, bruising, etc. To avoid these pitfalls it is best to progress slowly but stedily up the latter of intensity.

What is it, is it actual water retention because I noticed the protector cap was wet, after 6 to 7 hours wearing it straight and it wasn't urine. It was like sweat just less. But the urethra and surrounding tissue are safe in the situation?

I would take it off and turn the cap inside out and put back on every 2 hours or so. That's what I do. I think it's sweat. Massage it as well. Anything will help.

What if my dick is naturally black? How do I know then maybe if it turns purp %)?

After I clean it, I dry it and apply baby powder. Only after a few days. I don't really follow a cleaning schedule. The glans cap is the only thing lasting long for me. The sleeves wear out to quickly. The large ones are gone and I'm on my second medium sleeve already. I'm using the large bell with medium sleeve. Works best for me.
