i was extending every day for 8 weeks and i got in 325 hours, and then 3 juli ( 4 weeks from now ) i quitt. and i am starting again today.
My first goal has always been 1000 hours.

Questions:

1 Sould i start to count from zero now b/c 4 weeks are long time break.
2 Did i do this 325 hours in extending for nothing b/c i did not gain from this 325 hours ?

Start from zero since almost a month has past. I would urge you to add in some more exercises to your routine to help growth. If after 325 hours without a gain it is vital to add to the time or add additional exercises or intensity or both. SRT is the best routine going if you have time.
 
so i did those 325 hours for nothing :(

This is hardcore, i spend so many time and work in to this and if something comes up and u have to take a break, then all the work i did, i did for nothing.

But there is nothing i can do, exept for keep on this battle, i will fight this fucking shit for the rest of my life no matter if i do not gain. Just the feeling of that my penis will not grow is just unbearable, and that feeling will come up if i quitt.

So i will just hope that i can do this 1000 hours straight this time.
i will do what you said DLD, i will make a a good rootine, SRT style.

^ I don't believe all that effort would've been in vain. Whenever I took a break I did lose some gains, but they seemed to bounce right back easily after some training.

But i did not gain in those 325 hours. are u saying that i did maybee loosing up on the ligs, and i will soon be on the same level that i was before i took that 4 week brake ?
 
All I know is that breaks are good bro:). They leave your penis in a more 'vulnerable' state which lets it respond to exercise more.

Just look at the srt research. Dld managed to even lose gains only to seize them right back, and then some!
 
ok this is good news for me b/c my work is like this:
8 week were i can easily do PE
4 weeks were i can not do PE.

So this could work then ? :)

Is it possible to do any simple PE like jelqing or a cock ring or ADS during those 4 weeks? The problem is just no PE for 4 weeks...

yes that is what i am aiming for next time, i will try to do something next time, i will take LengthMaster with me or a hanger, if i could do 3 sets a week ( 1 set on monday - 1 set wednesday - 1 set friday ) that would be better than nothing.

Thats the attitude! Step up your game and I know you will see better gains. In almost every case where there is a stagnant growth cycle it is due to not having enough exercise done, or improper exercises used. No matter what length device you are using I would also suggest you get in a round of Basic stretches, Bundled stretches and Expressive stretches. These will hit all the angles that are not getting trained with the extender alone.
