Inner penis

I think most people can stretch about 2 inches of internal penis outward if they concentrate on expressive stretching long enough. Red is a good example, he’s doing everything express which is going to bring him gain from a completely different angle.

Are penis exercices about pushing the inner penis forward or about growing the outter side of the penis ?

? that sound scary (the inside going outside part), I mean puling it out, even partially, isn't it dangerous ? bad for EQ when older ?
 
I wouldn't think the body would care whether it sits on the inside or the outside. As long as its a slow burn. Your not ripping it right off. Especially only 1 inch. Same meatus. Besides,I sort of like that its a little scary.(like) Ive never really had anything good come to me that wasn't a little bit scary in one form or another. DLD's been pulling wang for a decade. I think he would have noticed some serious issues by now.
 
It would be cool if others here would decide on giving expressive stretching a go using a power assist or lengthmaster if they have one.
My whole new routine is based on just expressive stretching, and I've been doing that for a few weeks now every other day.

Its very intense, probably why not many stick it, and it has to be the whole package through, which makes it tricky at times to execute when new I should imagine.

Would be very good to have more onboard with this, at the moment I feel like flying alone, not much from members who have gained using it because no one used it long enough from all the reading I have done anyway, only DLD. However they all stated changes about to happen, better hang in some cases, never read anything negative. I can only surmise that most quiet due to it being a difficult stretch, and from my 20+ years doing penis enlargement on and off I have never come across such an intense stretch as expressive stretches.

Im in! I am just starting to reap the benefits of bundled stretching. It was insant insanity for me. First week I had awesome expansion and longer hang. Its like I could feel it grow new choad in my pants in a weeks time. My tunica was obviously in lame shape. I am very grateful for this bundled wisdom that was dicovered by DLD. Insane in the membrane....... It was definately one of those ah-ha moments for me fo sho. I did my expressive stretching this morning utilizing my pump as its all I have at the moment. INTENSE. I cant wait to see where I'm at with it in a months time with this..

A very big aha moment! When I invented bundled stretching it had nothing to do with PE it had to do with wringing out a towel. I fell upon it completely by mistake. But I know that day when I was wringing out that towel and it became longer I knew I was onto something.

it was an amazing thing when I figure this out. But people should know even if you have 10 inches of internal penis you’ll probably only be able to stretch 1 inch maybe two. And this should not be a routine in itself all angles of stretch are necessary. But what is most important is how you’re stretching and if you’re using the Lengthmaster you’re able to do every single position that will bring growth with unbelievable intensity. The very first thing any brother should buy is a Lengthmaster.
 
DLD...there is no spoon!!!! Im pulling at least 5....(rockchick)I like how you have the ability to see inside the wang and understand what it needs. These are all visionary excersizes. Not just the average grab your dooder and pull. I've been creeping on all the sites and your excersizes are all I read about. Thats how I ended up here. Right to the source yes? I look at the lengthmaster and I'm like how the heck does that funky contraption work? All kinda crap hanging off it..lol.. I'm still in that early learning phase, so I will research, seek out photos and go from there. I bought the silisleeve a few weeks back and love the crap out of that thing, although I got the .750 x 4. Too small. I stretched it over one of my supplement bottles for a few days and it fits now..Adapt and overcome..Amen? I love the sleeve for overnight and use the ace wrap during the day. I'm trying to stay religous with all the recomendations here now that I'm seeing huge gains just being a random goofball. I'm starting to laser focus and the change is happening quickly..Simply Amazed..

I love it my brother you’re just working your way through some of the coolest insight and methodology of the brotherhood. Keep yourself motivated and that’s how you stay consistent. Look towards other peoples routines and progress threads for motivation. Check out some of the progress pictures to bring more confidence. Or just think about how awesome it’s going to be when you have reached your goal.

I had to laugh when you said...now be warned...Your only gonna get 2 inches of new root with expressive...I'm like WHAT? I can get 2 more inches? lol...Spoken like someone thats been there done that. I love that! Very happy to know your here to answer questions and lift us up..I have a goal of 8 x 6 like every other body..I can get the 8 on a flacid stretch but fall short when the stiffy takes over. I am just starting to have a look at erect stretching. I love this journey already..

I dont bother counting sets or reps with these, just grip, pull and hold for long as you can, than when you release, just get back going again till 20 mins is up.

Yes you are right there are so many veterans, they would've noticed it

That’s really good advice and I tell people the same thing. When you’re doing LM work you don’t count you just set a time that you’re going to use. Some people will go 20 minutes some people will go an hour. This really helps focus on exactly what you’re doing. Accounting takes up mental space that can be used to focus.
 
Of course their permanent why would you think differently? The only thing that’s not permanent is maybe four weeks of training that may not be cemented yet. Once your growth has been cemented it never goes back. And it’s also wise to follow the healing techniques found an SRT as you will cement your growth that much faster
I started using the male edge pro, i think for 3 or 4 weeks for 2-3 hours a day now, and i gained 1 cm or so in erect lenght, is that good? I do pc muscle training everyday also.

And i think about an inch or so in flaccid, becauSe i can actually see the difference in flaccid, its incredible
