Hi guys,

I just started trying to stretch my inner penis. I used the technique of one hand grabs behind the balls and if i felt like it, my other hand grabs the head of my penis and pulls forward. I was flaccid when first trying and didnt have much success. So i got partialy erect and it was a lot better. But my main problem was, how did i know if i was doing the stretch correct and with enough force? What i did notice is i got the same feeling as if i was pulling my balls in the down position, as if i wanted to stretch my balls for longer nuts. Is this right? What signs/feelings should i be watching for?

I also asked this. I think the stretch feeling you get from the balls is not what you want which is why i refrain from doing it behind the balls. Just grip from the base of the penis or mid penis to stretch. I asked DLD what i should feel because i felt no stretching when i did inner penis stretching. He said it was normal not to feel anything.
 
You will feel a burning sensation if you do it correctly pulling from the base.
 
This is actually my signature stretch, the best stretch for length if you ask me :)
Why it feels like you push on the balls is because you are applying too much preassure on the balls itself.
As long as you see that you visible stretch "correctly" it should be fine.

Everytime i add this stretch to my routine i gain size.

DLD can you confirm this because I feel nothing and you said it was normal @DLD
 
It will have a pressure that almost feels warm. The soreness will be felt at the base but most will not feel this. So when someone said a burning feeling it is similar to that. You will also feel more pressure on the veins and ligaments at the base, unlike a normal stretch. Albeit, if you feel nothing at all but are putting in 100% intensity do not determine growth through how you feel, measure the length.

That does make more sense. I do not feel anything when I stretch mid or at the base. I tried stretching down and kind of felt something but I figured it was more of theligaments

Hi everyone,

Thanks to all who replied. Well, i have been experimenting with this stretch and have found out a few things that have helped me.

I noticed that it`s important to know where your inner penis is and to feel it so you know the difference between the flacid and stretched feeling. For me, doing this stretch while flacid was impossible. I found if I had just a little bit of a chubby, just slightly, I was able to pull better and also feel if I was stretching my inner shaft.

How I do this stretch may be different to everyone, but here it is.

First (while flacid) with my right hand I grab behind my balls and penis together. Like a cock ring or clamp. Ok grip.
And with my left hand, I use my first finger or middle finger and push up into my ball sack or just behind. Here you should feel your inner shaft running back towards your perenium. It will feel simular to a bag full of straws, only more thin. It will also be very loose and pliable. Now you now what it feels like.

If you move your right hand foward you may notice not much of a change in the way your inner shaft feels (that was my experience, yours might be different)

Move your right hand back to its original position

Then I get just a bit more blood than normal into my penis, so it looks slightly larger. You will notice your inner shaft will now feel more rigid.

Now I pull foward with my right hand, and(for me) i feel( with my left hand) my inner shaft gets more taut/stretched.

Here you can hold the stretch or at the same time while pulling, use the fingers on your left hand to push up against the inner shaft to help stretch(just something I read on the web to help)

I hope this helps somone. This is just from my own experience, so yours my differ.

Sorry to hear that, as I said this was just my own observations, your experience may be different. I will measure at the end of November to see if any gains have been made.

9 days! Can't wait for the results.
 
Well as I said, I would post my results. And I`m please to say that I gained 4mm in erect length.

I did this more as an experiment to see if it would be possible to gain with a minimalistic approach to PE with 1 intense exercise. My routine was the described stretch in the above post, 7 reps (30secs each), 1 set, every day and no wrap.

I was expecting less or nothing in terms of results. But I was very surprised. I guess this shows how powerful inner stretching can be, even with 1 exercise. I believe you would get the same or similar results with the __________ stretch, which I plan to do in December. And again, I will post my results.

For me, inner stretching is clearly the next evolution in PE and needs to be looked at/developed more. It has huge potential.

Exactly. 1 simple exercise is so powerful.

Bump. Informative thread due to most gains coming from stretching the inner penis, also have a question. I have soreness at the base possibly underneath after stretches and routine, cannot really distinguish where it's coming from could this be my inner self?
