I'm not sure if this idea would make any difference in gains...i was thinking of recording myself repeating different sentences 10 times every sentence, making the recording a half hr long...speaking slowly and deeply for example "your penis is growing rapidly with every stretch" and i will make up around 10 different lines. when i do my Penis Enlargement, i will put on my headphones and listen to it while exercising. i know affirmations worked for me in the confidence department, just thinking maybe i can use the same method while exercising and believe its actually happening...its a form of hypnosis
-let me know what u guys think? ... I'm only a newbie on these boards lol

SO are you saying you are going to hypnotize your way to a bigger dick? haha. Sorry man, not quite following on that idea. But whatever you gotta do, you gotta do.

Not meaning to bash you in any way, but hypnosis will not give you gains. It will, however, make you see it as bigger in a qualitative manner, and it will make you much more confident in your abilities.

But it definitely can't hurt! I say go for it!

no...it would be played while doing the excersises so any negative thoughts my mind is thinking will be canceled out. it would help me have the right mindset subliminaly... idk though

i just did not know if having a full state of concentration would make any difference while doing my exercises lol

I don't see why you would need some sort of hypnosis tape to concentrate. I just picture myself drilling some random broad and having her tell me how big and fat my cock is:s

I think this is a great idea if it will help you maintain your focus. Eventually, you won't need the tape to get into this kind of concentration. I never needed to count reps, etc, because I was so into it. I would expect this would work the same way.

I always go by time instead of repititions. Then I don't have to think about counting and I am purely zoned in the the repitition itself, not the number it represents.

You must also put in the practical work reguler but your method sounds good!

Arnie used visual methods when he lifted and I suppose it can keep you positive and get negative feelings out ... try it and see how it goes.
