I started with manual exercises and had no gains. I moved on to hanging after 4 months, and I started out with no consistancy. After 5 months of hanging, but not as much as I wanted because of school and other things I decided to switch up my routine. I been doing BTC for 3 weeks because it was recommended from Bib. This week was my most intense workout with 10 sets mon, 7 tue, 8 wed, 7 thur, 6 fri, 4 sat. I felt fatigue everyday after this hard work. I measured today and I hit a quarter of an inch. This week I'm going to hit even more sets and go for some big gains the next couple months, thanks to E for his inspiration.
 
really good work man. ive bumped up my sets like you said to at least 6 a day. but doing a strong manualo set during the day. my flaccid gains are very good. ho0w much weight u hangin
 
BTC I hit 8 once, then a couple sets of 6, then sets of 4 when I'm fully fatigued. If I have more time after that I hit straight out for 12 pounds to end the day and sometimes I hit 12 pounds OTS or more. I got a setup for all these angles in my room. I've hit 8 sets today so it's looking good man. I will hit more in a little while. I do jelqs and I might start clamping during my hanging routine I hit a set of clamping yesterday. How much weight you using?
 
6 sets of 12lbs. i it 9 set yesterday with manuals on between lasr 4 sets (blasters, strsaight up pulls) then i do 15 to 20 supra slammers and 300 to 400 jelqus.
