Before I start please know that I did use the search but I couldn't find what I'm looking for. If this has been addressed in a different thread please link me to it.
I'm not a veteran at girth exercises but I'm not exactly a newbie. I have jelqed on and off since the summer. I've been frustrated with my gains so I did a 40 minute session on Thursday using Uli's, Horse and Isolated compressions. I have done all of these before but this time I did with more intensity. The problem is for the past 48 hours I've been pretty sore and getting soft erections only. My member is also looking pretty small in the flaccid state. There is no pain on it's own, but when I touch it there is definitely a lot of work-out soreness. In the past these things only lasted a day but 2 1/2 days later it still hasn't gone away.
Is this just normal response to a rigorous routine or should I be concerned?
