So I am a newbie. I posted my stats in the intro thread, but here they are again.
BPFSL: 7 5/16- I've already gained 3/16 here
BPEL: 6 5/8" - 1/8" to 1/4" gain
EL laying down: 6"
EL standing up: 5 3/16"
MSEG: 5 1/4" 1/8" gain
As you can see my biggest problem is that I am starting above average, but my fat pad is terrible. The skin kid of bubbles up a little so it is hard to get an exact measurement when standing up, but it is around 5". I've lost a lot of weight and I am considering getting a lift in the pubic region. I still have a little to lose, but the issue is that the skin just kind of hangs and sags there on top. This is the worst part, my chest and stomach isn't nearly as bad.
I see a lot of newbies post goals. I don't really have a hard goal. I mean what's the difference between 7 7/8" and 8"? Is that a failure to only get to 7 7/8? Of course not! I would like to gain up to two inches in length and an inch or so in girth, but I'm not going to put hard numbers on it.
Sorry for all the background info, I just want to be thorough, but anyways here is my plan...
After getting ready in the morning get into the phallosan and wear it all day until I get home from work at varying tensions. This is roughly 10 hours. Once I get home go into the ace wrap while at the gym. After the gym do the following:
Size genetics for 2 hours, which I feel gives better tension, but is not as comfortable as the phallosan.
5 mins of bundled stretches
3x30 sec in all directions and behind the check, with rotaries in between.
Back into the size genetics for 30min-1 hour
50 jelqs prior to bath mate
Bath mate 3x5 erect with SSJs in between.
Bath mate stretches on the last set
Cock ring for ?
Sleep in the phallosan
I've been using the bath mate for approx 2 months. I've had approx 10 days off in those two months. I've been using the size genetics and phallosan on average for 3-4 hours a day for a month. I've done the newbie stretches for about two weeks 5 days a week.
I feel that I am conditioned and ready for this plan. My biggest question is how long to stay in the cock ring to cement the girth gains before going to sleep in the phallosan?
I will greatly appreciate any input, as I can really see the teamwork, camaraderie, and positivity here. I do plan to help give back by sharing how I got rid of my PPP.
