hey everybody i was just reviewing a routine i wrote out and was curious what you think. suggestions are welcome.
during the day at work i just do a 5 minute stretch in the bathroom just to keep it in a stretched state for longer.

for length:
when im at home i do. the phase 1 routine stretches alongside with the LengthMaster routine dld has posted and i do 30 reps of dld blasters.

for girth:
i do 20 minutes in the Bathmate and afterwards i do 200 jelqs and 50 slow squash jelqs.

throughout the day i do kegels to keep strength and control within my penis.
well that is it. thanks for having a read. a suggestion from dld would be great but other viewers are welcome for there suggestion :)
 
Look good. You may want to work the Bathmate in for a couple supersets in between jelqs...very good expansion.
