this is something i've wanted to speak on for a long time, but as i have limited computer access, i do most of my posting from my touchphone.

now,i am by no means a master of the craft of Penis Enlargement, but i have adopted the lifestyle and been practicing about 3 years now. and in this time, my perception of what is 'productive' pain and what is dangerous, 'warning- sign' pain has continuously grown and evolved alongside my penis.

as far as 'fatigue' is concerned, several points in my Penis Enlargement life have shown me this feeling deep in the base of the penis, inside the pelvic lig area. i can describe it as a soreness, almost like a sore muscle or a charlie horse(bruise), and this feeling came from hanging, the footlong stretch, and straight-down and BTC stretches.

as for the tunica and shaft, i am still in a learning process of what fatigue feels like, as it seems the line between pain and fatigue in this area is more blurred than lig soreness.

many of my bundled stretches, and especially length master bundled 10-15-minute-hold-stretches, are, honestly, pretty uncomfortable and dare i say it, painful. bundling produces an incredible stretching force on the tissues of the shaft and also the outside skin, which for me, stings like HELL!

i say that to say this: after a 30 minute session like that, my flaccid hang is BIG. there is some turtleing a little bit later, but i do notice the day after, my penis is nice and loose and FULL.

so i may conclude, that while some pain is more easily distinguished than other pain, some is not. and being uncomfortable for a session is ok, as long as there is no blood, you don't pass out from it, cry, etc. perhaps we should strive to grow with our pain threshold as we grow our penises, to keep the gains coming.

same thing with the Bathmate; after the 20 minute mark, a little pain comes, but from 20-30 minutes is where the magic happens for me most of the time, and after grinding my teeth a tiny bit for the last 10 minutes, i am almost stuck inside the thing my expansion is so huge!

so go nuts! as DLD has said many times before, the penis is WAY MORE tough than we think; try hanging 20lbs. from it for a month, then you'll understand a little better.

sometimes too, it takes being frustrated from not gaining to really up the intensityand get to the next hatch on your ruler. any thoughts and insights appreciated for anything i missed . cheers.

I would say pain is when you the pain is on a scale of 8 or 9 out of 10. anything else if mild pain or fatigue which is common practice with the methods you are using.

i disagree. for me, alot of times sessions i've done hanging or with the length master had great intensity, almost to the point of unbearable. but these times are also when i saw the most changes(growth).

i am not at all saying all pain is good, but sometimes its a very thin line between injury and gain. cheers

The difference between pain and soreness is a broad, grey area. As I have stated, and others have stated, the penis is very resilient and tough, it can take a lot of intensity and it can heal very quickly. The goal in Penis Enlargement is not so much fatigue (but this usually manifests itself as such) but intensity and pushing the borders of what your body can take, while still staying safe in the grey area. Fatigue feels like a dull aching, akin to muscle ache, tooth ache, etc. but pain is sharp, like when you sprain an ankle. The ultimate goal is size increase. In girth push expansion to the limits, the more you expand in a session the faster the girth gains. With length you will want to slowly progress to a maximum stretch that deforms tissue to bring length gain. This intensity may take time to reach but it, in the end, is worth the efforts.
