I am currently following phase 2 in the matters of size program and I want to get your advice on how I can make the most out of every workout and how to make the most girth gains

Im looking for advice on erection levels, Workout length, intensity etc

I suggest that you forego Phase 2 girth work and go with the SRT 5x5x3 workout, there is no better girth exercise. I also suggest you do Bundled stretches before every workout as this will prime your Tunica to take on much more blood. There are many different things that can be done to improve the workout by using methods employed by SRT. I always suggest that men, after Phase 1 or the Newbie Routine to go right into SRT as the growth is faster than any other workout.
