Down deffo is more intense. Email them they are generous in sending out the correct size

I feel down pulls more the ligament where as up pulls more the ball sack almost reducing turkey neck. I'm sure a mod could be made to have the SG in the up position to cure turkey neck.

That was my 1,100th post :D

Down = Ligaments

Up = Tunica

Both are important to growth in length. Upward stretching does feel weird and weak but it is just a process where it is hard to detect the stretch since it is mostly Tunica you are stretching...very stubborn but upward stretches and Bundles solve these problems.

I find down provides me with a more intense stretch!

I always felt this way but there is reason for the difference in feelings between upward and downward stretches. Downward stretches will always feel more intense as you are stretching ligaments, very easy to feel intensity here because the ligaments have good elasticity. Upward stretches we are dealing strictly with Tunica stretching and since the Tunica is so dense (at 5% elasticity) it will not feel the intensity the same. I never could really get good upward stretches with good intensity until the LengthMaster came out. Using the LM allows me to stretch upward with both hands (via the handle bars of the LM). If you try upward stretching this way it will really change the game for you.

I'll keep doing both, alternating!

Let's take the "worst" case as a starting point:
- 8 hours of sleep
- 8 hours of work
- 2 hours to get to work and get back home
- 2 hours for shopping/social activities, etc.

That leaves you with 3-4 hours to wear your extender.
Let's say 3 and add to that 30 minutes for some kind of length routine (basic stretching, DLD Blasters, ...) and another 30 minutes added up every time you take off the extender to return good circulation and put it back on.
So from Monday-Friday this would get you to 15 hours and on the weekend when you have nothing to do and don't have to leave the house during the day you can get in another 10 hours on each day. Giving you an average of 5h/day.
