how long should PE sessions last? (for optimal gains)

how much time is typically spent in a day doing Penis Enlargement excercises (stretching and jelqing)

what is the correct range, or most typical range for most people?

i find that my strecthing alone takes me half and hour and then jelqing is usually 15 minutes.

so a total of 45 roughly (i'm very new so i suppose my workouts will get shorter as i get more efficent)

Your time sounds good. It is hard to define time when so many integers are involved. Things like intensity, which varies from man to man, needs to be at a gaining level. Pushing too hard to quick can result in injury so I think a progressive routine, that becomes closer to your max with each session should be practiced. Once you find this sweet spot time will be natural. For now your time looks solid.
 
Iv been wondering this too, guess it varies from person to person.

Im doing about 20-25 minutes in stretched, 20-25 jelqs

2 sets of 10 minutes in pump with 10 minutes of jelq in between
 
I agree, its different for everyone. Which makes that initial stage so much more important.

When you start out, you basically have two goals:
1) Tell your penis to wake up
2) Educate yourself about your body (and its limits)

At least thats my approach. Which is the same I use for working out. When I have had a long layoff I take it easy for a couple of weeks.
