After getting frustrated and not sticking to my PE routine I decided to take break. I am ready and willing to start all over again.

I need help not only reconditioning, but need help with a good routine for length since this is my main goal. Any advice or routines should I try?
 
What equipment do you have?

BM Hardcore stretches and stretches with the LM are great.

A length routine should've bundled stretches in them and ideally some way to pre exhaust the PC muscle and erect stretches to convert BPFSL-BPEL
 
I've been doing newbie routine stretches during my morning shower and Hardcore stretches with the BM during my 553 workout

Oh and Bundled Stretches before each workout for sure.
 
See my Progress, gains, motivation!!! thread, for a basic outline of my routine. It's worked pretty well for me.

Very good suggestions.

I would suggest you have a thorough read through the SRT Thread, this will spike many new ideas and help you put together a very powerful routine that will bring changes fast. I suggest you read through the first post in there three (rather long, 15 minutes) but worth the read. After this put a loose routine together and we will tighten it up for you.
