You dick is experiencing some new volume it needs fill and probably fatigue. Here are options that I have tried and used.

1. Take 2-5 days off from PE and still Kegal. Avoid ����. Some refer to this as a reset. Common after a small injury or a lig pop.
2. Through some rest days into your weekly schedule. Maybe 1 every 2-3 days of PE. Common when the schedule demands it.
3. Supplement. I hate to be the one throwing products but it has been a solution that I am often using. Quick and easy. Titan pills from the site are affordable and work for me. I lost count of the bottles I have gone through. I'm aggressive with BM, SG, manual, clamping, and soon hanging. I assume the risk and understand my dick is fatigued too much to get solid EQ everyday to do girth work for almost 2 hours. Some guys do the viagra and others experiment with or things. Plus you can hit a solid day of PE and still have a hard dick to please the ladies.

If the EQ is a higher priority than scale back the exercises and increase the kegals. The forums has multiple routes for improving the PC muscle, to include DLD's Beginner Route. Some respond more to quick kegals, some respond to long holds. I respond well to kegals wearing the BM. Lots of resistance there. Exhaust the resources the forum provides and you will be exhausted before you back make it that far. You could also take to google and try some 3rd party research. If you do that and find some gems, please report back and share the findings. EQ and ED are popular topics out there.
 
i echo what they have said. it take some serious time and patience. Keep in mind genetics also play a large role in how quickly you'd see gains.

Some people bounce back from strenuous work quicker than others. Keep reading up on the different posts and stay consistent the gains will come.

thanks. I took 3 days off and I'm starting again today with SG and maybe BM tonight depending on my EQ. I was wondering, do you put you extender on then strap your penis or you strap before putting the SG head on?

Put it on then strap in.
 
Take your time and ease into it. Do some BM and stretching work and than extend for an hour or two at most for the first week or so. Let you dick get acclimated to what youre doing do it.

Think of it this way, your dick is a 300lb man who sits on the couch all day watching TV and then in the span of two weeks your making him run ultra distance, wouldnt work too well for the man and his ability to stand up and walk. Apply the same principle to your size journey and youll see success.

The second video was how I could get the longest bars for the most tension. Also less chance of slipping while getting mounted.

hey how do you make your velcro mod? The video I saw was with an old SG I guess, because there was 2 vents on the side of the head and the new one doesn't have this. You have the same SG head as mine but I cant figure out how to use the velcro attachment

With the new SG head unit you need to slice slits in as they no longer come pre-slotted. I have no idea why they would change this but they did. I will have LIGHTNING find out whats up.

I don't want to handcraft anything, but pjp2002 did it with the same SG as mine so there is another way of doing it without the side vents

I'm not sure how much genetics actually play into it. I think there is a science behind it with routines, duration, frequency, intensity, and consistency of course. After all everyone's ligs and tissues down there are made up of mostly collagen and I'm not sure there are too much differences in one persons collagen to another's? I think that's more of a basic molecule or substance in our bodies. For instance you wouldn't say one person has different water in their molecules than another!

Hey guys I really need your help. I started doing pe consistently since August 1st and I'm having a big problem with my EQ to a point where I'm thinking about stopping all PE work. When I first startred, I had crazy morning wood, had erections almost all day LOL and my EQ was high, like 110% and I was so hard and could masturbate for as long as I wanted without loosing my erection. Since then, my EQ has been very low, almost no morning wood or if I have one, I'm not 100% erect. Same when I masturbate, I'm hard for like 10 seconds and it's still not 100% hard and I can't keep my erection, even with ����. So what can I do to get my EQ back? How do you guys know what is the cause of your low EQ? Could be more than one things I guess, so how do I know? The easiest answer would be to take some rest, but I only stretch 4h/day with SG, 3 days on, 1 day off and do the 5x5x3 BM every other day. Help guys

I will say, tone down the masturbation and be on a good diet. I just started eating one heavy meal in a day and I'm already seeing increase in erection and reduction on my fat pad. Flee from masturbating always.
