Hey guys I really need your help. I started doing pe consistently since August 1st and I'm having a big problem with my EQ to a point where I'm thinking about stopping all PE work. When I first startred, I had crazy morning wood, had erections almost all day lol and my EQ was high, like 110% and I was so hard and could masturbate for as long as I wanted without loosing my erection. Since then, my EQ has been very low, almost no morning wood or if I have one, I'm not 100% erect. Same when I masturbate, I'm hard for like 10 seconds and it's still not 100% hard and I can't keep my erection, even with �naked people movies�. So what can I do to get my EQ back? How do you guys know what is the cause of your low EQ? Could be more than one things I guess, so how do I know? The easiest answer would be to take some rest, but I only stretch 4h/day with SG, 3 days on, 1 day off and do the Girth program (SRT 5x5x3) BM every other day. Help guys

I'm using the comfort strap and have to strap it really tight otherwise it's slipping. My penis hurts where the strap makes contact and The reason why I can't go more than 4h is because it hurts so bad. Its weird, I don't really feel my ligs stretching, the only thing I feel is the pain where I strap and it's even wrost when I try to stretch downward.

i experienced this last few weeks i think you are over trained i took 4 days off and just restarted today just with less volume of each thing i do. I was hanging, bathmate,SizeGenetics - Penis Traction Extender and clamping two days on one day off.

I'm only using SG for 2-4h and take a day off every 3 days and BM it's only every other day. You think it's enough for overtraining?
 
I think you have it backwards.

Try stretching then SG. Let your member heal in the elongated state in the SG.
 
Seriously MOS board is really disappointing. Wherever I go and I'm asking for questions, I didn't have a good answer to my question but people just say buy this or buy that. It's just publicity, you don't get this kind of stuff on other sites. Why? DLD you know a lot, but honestly, all the threads you answered from me have some kind of pub in it and most of the time I didn't get a good answer.

Have you been aggressive with kegals? Always more to be done here. Driving in the car. Waiting in line. At work. etc
Have you been experiencing more stress?

I don't mean to be a dick, but you come here posting a very broad, general question making it seem like you've done no research on your own. There is so much knowledge on this board, but it's evident that you haven't researched your issue which is just laziness. No wonder you're having issues to start man.

I watch �naked people movies� when I use my bathmate and for jelquing, but after the first 4 days, maybe a week of starting PE my erection became so weak, if I kegel I feel like i'm erect but in reality I'm not and I can't get a full erection and if I do, it's just a 5 secs peak and it doesn't last. I just want my EQ to be like the first week of PE, it was amazing lol. As for kegel, I'm trying to do them as much as I can but I can't even kegel anymore, feel like it's dead down here

It took me three months to get up to 4 hours in sizegentics type device yes you may be very well over trained. I have been doing PE since jan 1st. I find consistency is key you cant do PE for 3 weeks and think your going to be __________. This is a marathon not a sprint. no point having a big floppy dick wjen if you do it correctly and slowly you can have a bigger harder cock in time what age are you?

Wow, that comes from left field??? I have spent 16 years of my life, everyday on this forum, answering every question that comes through and I get paid nothing! If my answers are not satisfactory maybe Thundersplace or PEGym will be more knowledgeable. Do your thing!

Sometimes the correct answer may not be the one you want to hear...no sense lashing-out due to frustration (perhaps it's this frustration that is inhibiting your progress?).

This is an opportunity for some introspection and a 'learning-moment' about how you handle adversity. Being a man means dealing with whatever comes your way without complaint...head-down and hard at work. If you're struggling, we're here to help but you're going to have to take ownership of your actions.

SG 1 hour a day three days on one off, BM 5 mins every other day for two weeks, third week week SG 2 x 1 hour a day three days on one off,Bathmate 2 x 5 mins every other day for two weeks. then add more reps
