Many people suggest warming the penis before embarking upon exercising the penis, stretching or pumping so I have a heat pad and/or I also will take a warm bath or shower before beginning my routines but I think I found a heating pad that will be a lot of help...

It is infrared heat that can penetrate deep into the skin and aid in blood flow it is not made for penis enlargement routines but I think it could help tremendously.

"emits therapeutic infrared heat- the safest form of light energy from the sun- which penetrates up to 3" into tired muscles."

Please your thoughts on this.

Looks expensive!!!! But if your willing to spend that kind of money on a heating pad go for it.

I'm not sure how well that will fit near your penis. Why not just get a rice sock or a hot water bottle? You don't need to heat yourself very hot and you don't need the heat while you're doing the exercises. Just warm up with a rice sock or hot water bottle for 5 or 10 minutes.

Also with heat you are not looking for blood flow (it's just a nice byproduct) you are actually wanting the cells to be more "pliable" (for lack of a better description).

Looks good except for the $149 price tag...

I think it would be great to use while hanging, clamping, or pumping...

Isn't there already a way to make a system like this for free? There is no reason to spend money on something you can make yourself....unless your buying it from me:)

Seriously, there was a thread about some IR heat system you can make for a few bucks.

$150 is way too much for a heating pad that you will only be using during pe for a few minutes a day...now if you are going to use it for other purposes like after working out or for some kind of injury than that might justify it...but just for pe...i will keep my $15 heating pad and just keep it on for an extra 10 minutes or so.
