Has anyone ordered a max-vac over 5 weeks ago and still not gotten it?

Your a very thoughtful person remii! All parts have arrived, everyone that is in this thread has received tracking for their shipment by now.

When I was trying to gain length, I was hanging diligently. I ordered the max-vac on 7/18/06, and received it about a month and a half later. But in all fairness it's one durable, well-constructed product.

finally last week i recieved my max vac afetr calling him twice a week, sending countless emails and being close to reporting him to the better business bureau. the maxvac apckage came without the pump which is very important in using the product. he had told em that he would ship the pump separetly and that i should recieve it by monday of this week. well its already wednesday nigt and still no pump and i been callign all day and recieving his voicemail and also i emailed him asking for a tracking number for the pump and i got no replies back
 
what branch of the better business bureau will be the best to report this joker, any one can assist with a url i love to be the first one. i'm emailing paypal as we speak and talking to my credit card company in an hour, let's get this show on the road.
 
I've been a customer of most all of these sites for several years trying to figure out what works best for me. I've had supply and service issues with all of them. I even ordered the stretecher assist product when I joined this site, but never received it. I've received great service from BTC. I call the 800# and leave a VM and he returns the calls promptly and explains any situation. There have been supply issues I know with the sheaths, but at least I was aware of them and he articulated the issue. He's a good guy, tries hard, has integrity and I've known him to overdeliver after problems. Hang in there with him; these guys that attempt to service this industry are crazy that they have dedicated themselves to this and need 'em. Good luck to all.
 
If there are parts issues then he should post on his site that he is not taking orders at this time due to part shortage or at least send an email to those that have ordered what the hold up is.
