i ordered mine first week of november on a promise by btc that it woukld get shipped within 2 weeks,. i still havent gotten it and the customer service people every time i call say the same thing "we were suppsoed ot recieve the aprts by wednesday" and every week tis the same thing
 
YEP I ordered mine last december, got it in around August, broke the plastic piece that connects the tubing the very day I got it, bought a replacement and have yet to recieve the replacement. I started a case with paypal but BTC told me he was gonna ship it and throw in a coupling that I needed but I needed to drop the case, so I dropped it. That might have been a mistake. Some of us have to start doing something because it almost feels like BTC could take our money and run. Either way his customer service sucks fucking hairy balls and everyone that has dealt with it is feed up. And yes its always the same fucking excuse...whenever the rare occurance of him trying to give an excuse happens...the parts are coming in, he's waiting for them and soon as it comes in he will ship them out.

Hey ,I am also starting to get frustrated with the customer service and very disappointed about not getting my MaxVac-2!!!I ordered it the last week of september this year so it has been about 2 and a half months already and no reply as to what is happening with it or nothing?Totally unprofessional,I think .Is there anything else we could do at this point?Bigtivier, were in the same boat,I know how you feel dude!
 
there is no excuse for BTC's customer service.

there are so many compliant threads scattered about the Penis Enlargement forums its disgraceful.

i said it before, Bib is the model businessman, BTC is the cowboy. he is clearly playing the 'i have something you need' card and exploiting the insecurities of his consumer base.

treat people how you wish to be treated yourself... do not fuck with a man and his money.

boycott his products and spread the word.

wow yup guys. the only reason i didnt get a bib hanger is because of all the reviews here and on the mynewzie forums saying how good and confortable the max vac hanger is. i was deciding between maxvac and malebridge 2 months ago and i went with max avc because btc promised me i would get ym max avc within 2 weeks. its been 2 months. every week their over the phone customer service guy says the exact same thing "we were suppsoed to get the parts by wednesday but the company we get them from didnt ship them" and then "we should have them by wednesday" and when wednesday comes aroudn ,NOTHIING! i dont know what to do now. i think i will report btc and his company to the better business bureau. my credit card was charged right away however which si wrong because youre suppsoed to only charge the card once youre shipping out the order. im getting tired of this. GUYS WE SHOULD ALL DO SOMEHTING ABOUT THIS TOGETHER

I'm with you because I'm tired of the Bullshit. He'll be glad to take your money right away without actually giving you what you payed for and without a reimbursement. The reason I went with Max-vac is because in all reality it is a quality hanger I just wish the owner had the quality of stronger moral fibers and maybe some cajones. Everyone who hasn't recieved it, but has been charged start a case with paypal if there is still time. I'm beginning to think we should all take action too. If he doesn't remedy the situation his business, his career and his life will suffer.
 
I have been clear with everyone that we are waiting for cylinders from our manufacturer. The delays we have experienced have made me look to re-invest with a new mv hanger manufacturer. Cajoles is laying down thousands of dollars and waiting for a product, my product to be made correctly and not producing unperfected equipment. The needed parts will be overnighted to my company Monday. Orders and replacement orders(Longstretch) will be sent this coming week. There are 100's of MV users with needs and support which I give 24-7. Those that have contacted me personally have been updated with every situation. This was the fastest I could receive the parts, I apologize everyone will get their orders finished this week.
 
Thanks for the update but when you say something is coming at a certain time and it doesn't can you please let us know that it did not come in as expected. You really need to keep the customers informed, especially when suspicion is reaching the breaking point.
 
you know actions speak louder then words because every wednesday i call your customer service # and ehar the same bullshit. its as if im listening to a voice recording because i ehar the same thing all the time. if youre running a business, BTC then you have to be more responsible. you cant make a promise to a eprson that they will recieve a maxvac in 2 weeks and then have them wait 2+months meanwhile charging their credit cards. I mean if everyweek you say you should be getting the parts and you see that you arent then DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT instead of talking about hwo ti will come. you say youll have the parts monday night well its ahrd to believe you. im giving until the end of the week(december 16) and then im getting in touch with the better business bureau
 
and the only reaosn i didnt buy a malebridge system which is exactly liek your max vac is because you promised me in 2 weeks that i'll recieve it. if i woulda known that 7 weeks later i would have nothing then i woulda thought twice

Sometimes a company just can't deliver on a product because they do not have the stock. There have been a few times that we have not been able to deliver the Power Assist and it was not because we had ulterior motives, it was simply because our manufacturer was too busy to fulfill our order. Believe me, it sucks for me when I can't fill an order, it is embarrassing. I even get hate mail at times but it is out of my control. For most Penis Enlargement companies who have been around for a while it is safe to say that your order will come, it may not come when you want but it will eventually get to you.
 
This guy is a serious joke i order some sheats and have not heard anything from him. I emailed him twice and finally hi replied the funniest thing i ever heard.

what response man just cancel the fucking order and why he couldn't send the response thru my email by the wait still not money and not product ( i hope he send the product because i going to send it back with a REAL surprise inside the package ) and get my money back. We have to keep new members and buyers aware of this kind of low level scam so they don't go thru the same things we've been thru with this joker.

It is very difficult to sort through 100s of forum member names, emails names, and personal real life names. Combined, it is very difficult to place a user to a specific member and line that up to an actual order. To avoid confusion, my 800 number is best. The large awaited parts order has arrived today, again sorry for all delays, this is the fastest the product has become available for everyone.
