Using the BM in the shower at night is pretty easy for me. I wash quick and then get in it and pump. The shower usually wakes me up again for a little while if I'm tired.

I don't usually get tired though unless I'm exhausted. I have to force myself to go to bed most nights.

Not usually. The only time I normally take my phone into the bathroom is if I'm sitting on the toilet (reading material) or if I'm waiting for a call. I can't imagine how much hell I'd catch if my wife walked into the bathroom and I've got my phone in the shower with ���� on.

Yes this is a regular thing. Last night she walked in right as I was filling the BM. Thanks to the shower curtain she didn't know what I was doing but she would notice that my phone wasn't on the couch and then wasn't on the sink. I leave it sitting around all the time. She can go through it if she wants and I know she sneaks looks at my texts or Facebook messages. Doesn't bother me. I actually give her opportunities to by leaving it around. Women and their sili insecurities.

Oh yeah, it can be a deadly situation! Well maybe not deadly but it can cause issues.

I need to let the cat out of the harness on PE again. It may create some issues at first but most of it is due to ignorance. When I got that hernia she blamed PE. She had known for 5 months or so that I was doing PE but didn't know exactly what.

She loves my current length but still doesn't get it that PE made sex better. Someday she'll understand.

My wife feels the same way but I disagree. I'm not obsessed with ���� (outside of the recurring daydream that I went into ���� after getting out of the USMC). I choose sex over masturbation and the only times I do rub one off is when we haven't been able to have sex for whatever reasons. At those times it makes jerking it more enjoyable for me just like using lube. It's also been educational as I've learned some new positions.

I wish I can go all spiritual by staying off from ejaculation (no sex, no masturbation) until January 2019. I read somewhere where Red talked about going spiritual for now.

There's no way I could. I had a period where I was really depressed for months. Wasn't having sex, wasn't masturbating. It had been about 2 weeks with no ejaculation when I just felt uncomfortable. Decided to masturbate and felt much better physically the next day. After that I forced myself to masturbate once a week for over 2 months.

I was very high strung at that time in my life and absolutely miserable. Ejaculating would calm me down for 2-3 days. In hindsight I should've made myself do it every day or at the least every other day. It can help a lot with depression even though it's one of the last things you feel like doing.

Totally my opinion and I do understand why people consider it a form of cheating. Obviously I want to see a good looking woman naked and I have my favorites. It's part of a fantasy but then I come back to reality, no pun intended.

I don't feel any guilt when I masturbate but something in my mind keeps telling me that I'm suppose to be capable to holding off sex and masturbation for at least 90 days. I wonder why none of us doing PE have not been able to hold back for that long.

Unless you've got a sex addiction or something going on with your partner I don't see a reason to abstain for that long outside of challenging yourself. I've known a few people who claimed they didn't masturbate and I called BS on all of them.

One guy I was stationed with said he'd try to hold off masturbating as long as possible so he'd eventually have sex dreams and orgasm then. It's more enjoyable but sucks waking up to a cold cum mess.

I agree. If you decide to stay off masturbation, the wet dreams will start pouring in. Masturbation is normal. As long as I don't feel any guilt whenever I masturbate, I'm fine.
