I know this question sounds absurd but hear me out. So typically according to SRT we want to stay in a plump state after hanging to keep the tissue expanded. However, I keep noticing how much inner penis is pulled out (temp gains) after my bathmate sessions. Therefore with SRT in mind would I benefit from hanging after bathmate sessions? My thinking here is to target expressive stretching and base hanging to target the inner penis. It makes perfect sense in my mind because the tunica should be stretched from the girth session making the hanging more valuable. I know length following girth is sort of blasphemy but does it not make sense if you are using it to target the inner penis for length?
 
Hanging, and fluid retention, don't much well!! I think, if anything, an extender, would be more comfortable.....but, could still burn, at the strap, and you'll have to keep tightening it, as the extra blood, and fluid, is squeezed out, from the strap. I think, a better option, would be to clamp for a while afterward, and then throw on a cock ring.......cause, as you mentioned SRT.......you do want passive PE, when you're not working on something.....but, in SRT, DLD says, to use a cock ring, after girth work, to retain that pump, and the bathmate, is more of a girth tool.
 
Length before girth is always best. Once the penis has expanded it becomes more difficult to stretch but it can be stretched, it only needs much more intensity. It make better sense to just do length first then there is no issues.

This post is from 2017 and I can see that you were here last year in November. Do you mind telling us how much girth gains you have made so far? Have you been pumping all this while?
