Anybody else doing this routine? I notice most people do shorter routines like 4x5minutes. I go 20 minutes straight, going for max right away. Then pumping again every 5 minutes, so three more times. Was wondering what everybody else was doing. Right now I'm doing Bathmate only but I just purchased a SG. I try to use my Bathmate once a day.

I've been using the Bathmate for only about two weeks now, I often go in fully erect. Water retention was a problem in the beginning but I barely get it now.

I used to go 20-30 minutes maxed until I got 2 injurys from it so now I just stick to 10-15 minute sessions.
 
I would trade intense 5*5minutes for any intense 20 minutes.
Its more work but I get overall greater expansion and I have the opportunity to do some manuals inbetween the sets.
When you go once 20 minutes the pressure is always on the same area. Wheras sets provide you everytime a atleast slightly different angle.
I do a warm up set semi errect.
Then I do some jelqs. get hard and back in the Bathmate. Pump to near max.
Then get hard again. Get back in the Bathmate pump to max and do Bathmate stretches.
Then out and some minutes a clamp/constrictor. back in the Bathmate with the constrictor for some minutes.
Some jelqs and back in the Bathmate for a max pump set.

Then I throw in every now and then another set and approach like Bathmate head constrictors or since yesterday flaccid Bathmate stretches..
..or a 45-60 minute set with low pressure which gives a killer hang..


you see more work but more angles

Thanks for all the input guys. I just find it a lot easier to do 20 minutes straight it's more convenient.
 
I do 20 minutes straight. I tried the sets for a bit but they take too long and are inconvenient for me. I started with 20 minutes a day and went all the way up to 20 minutes at noon and 35 minutes before bed by my fifth month. That was straight use pretty much every day and nothing else. It worked well but an Injury caused me to stop and it's been difficult to start again. I cemented about .30" in 6 months with temp gains of almost .5" above that. That was after 12 hours too, not including any fluid retention. That additional .5" would go away after 24 hours though. I plan to start my routine again but I want to add my extender to the mix. As I wasn't using it before.
 
I usually do about 13 minutes straight. Get out of it and stretch a little then go back in for another 12 minutes to total 25 minutes. I also use the winevac for addes suction and it works wonders. Red, do you do 20 minutes straight?

I prefer longer sets 15-20 min. 5 min multiple sets is too much dealing with the water. But do what ever you is helping you gain LMAO
