that might be because you spelled it wrong. its spelled GLANS, not GLAN.

Considering the kinds of responses you recieved from various MOS members, I became motivated to offer some specific advice which you may employ immediately if you so wish. The jelqing exercise can be modified to more specifically target the glans (or, if you will, the dickhead, the cock head, the head, and various other synonymous terms which are preferred by certain rather pernicious and malignant MOS members, who, in their pronounced saturnine disposition seek to redicule newcomers to the art). Particularly, when jelqing, and when coming to the end of your stroke, when the head is maximally engorged with blood, hold your firm grip directly below the glans so that it remains engorged as above described for some 15 seconds or so. This is called the 'jelq and hold' movement. Do this for circa 5 minutes daily and perhaps you will be lucky enough to see results.
