I have been reading up some on girth exercises, where people mention their temporary increases and how good it is for gains. Now, im wondering, these temporary gains seems to be in the layer outside of the tunica, which means you don't really gain anything, besides possibly some fluffiness for a while(days).

I have been doing some clamping work in the last week. The skin and glans almost feel like they are going to burst with pressure. The shaft is over 1/2 an inch thicker. But, if I take my finger and push in right under the head, where its closest to the tunica, it doesn't really feel that hard, have had erections as hard as this.

It does however for some reason seem to give long term gains, as seen with RedZulu and some others. Can this increase be from other exercises, and only attributed to clamping because it gives such nice temporary girth gains?

On the other hand, I know of a way to put pressure on the tunica, far above anything I have seen in exercises on this forum, so high in fact, that im restraining myself so it wont burst. Im currently trying to figure out a way to make it usable for a prolonged time.

Dagger when I get a temporary increase at the end of my session I think some of it is swelling but I also feel the internal structure (ie. tissue deep within the CC) expanding. This constant expansion has no choice but to eventually grow to accommodate the continued stress on the internal tissue. I think that this repetitive engorgement slowly stretches not only the tunica but also all inner tissue.

Yeah, very good chance its whats happening. But am I doing something wrong then? My tunica does not feel that hard, even though the skin is almost exploding(from clamping). Think the trick might be to put but pressure on the sides for more tunica pressure.

Understand that the tunica is very, very difficult to stretch. The tunica is around 4% elastic which translates to a very big job for us pe'ers. The long and short of it is constant and continuous expansion and over time it will slowly but surely expand (grow).

Dagger, What is the method you are referring to in this statement?

I don't think you are doing anything wrong. When clamped and I try to get my erection as hard as I can Its still not as hard as when I'm not clamped. I think its supposed to be that way.
