Constant and constant stretching using a
LengthMaster will bring length faster than any other method. Manual stretching has always been a good thing but it tends to eventually lose it's intensity. Using the
LengthMaster and hitting every conceivable angle will bring gains from all of those positions. I would also highly recommend the healing properties in
SRT, these will benefit you in the cementing process. When ever you are not manually training use your
extender or
ACE to keep you elongated, in a passive mode. Always do Bundled Stretching before your workout. Always include Expressive Stretches. Always include erect stretches. Get in as much as you can whenever you can, there is not limit in length work.
