Fedoras pics from MOS on a sizegenetics advertisment site

Hi Guys,

I just run into this site that uses fedoras photos taken from his MOS progress thread to advertise sizegenetics even though he stated clearly and you can see from the pictures that it's a JES Extender, the website also claims 2mm(0.1") gain in length and 2mm gain in girth in 2 DAYS witch it's an absolute LIE. I don't know what you think but to me this looks like scam and DLD should sue this guys if they used MOS pictures without his permision.

If it's not Fedora, then it's straight up copyright infringement. There is "Fair Use" with copyright material, but this guy didn't use it as satire, or any other way allowed. Blatantly, tagged the images with his brand-name across it. What Balls that took, no wait, those are Fedora's balls in the image, that guy had to hide behind someone else's set of balls (images).

I guess we will have to wait for Fedora to respond. I do know that other members pictures have been stollen to use of other sites without permission but suing anyone online is like throwing money to the wind. Look at SizeGenetics and JES who hold the patten on the extender and all the people stealing their work, it is crazy how much you can get away with online, it is the new Wild West!

Ya and hopefully it stays the wild west. the last thing we need is big brother getting on our asses anymore. it sucks when companies lose out b/c their ideas are stolen but there's just nothing that can really be done about it in most cases

They sell the fake BM (all versions) for $20 each. They even come in the exact packaging with the same name. So I dont know why this was allowed. Does BM get the pumps from alibaba or are they just allowing this big site to steal from them. Idk.

This is what happens to every good brand on the market, the Chinese get a hold of it and make a device that looks the same but has none of the functional properties it should. The best thing we can do is promote the dangers of buying inferior products. BathMate does not and will not give discounts on their product and this is the best way to combat this knock off shit. In most cases we find on MOS where someone has a faulty BathMate it is because they did not buy here, they went with a cheaper knock off. When you are considering your penis there are no short cuts, be sure to buy the real deal.
